It consists of 2 double bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort (oven, toaster oven, washing machine). The bathroom has a shower. The TV is connected to a satellite dish that allows you to watch numerous channels, and the Wi-Fi is fast and efficient.

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
