Cozy House is a modern-style duplex and is a great space for couples to use. Enjoy a relaxing view of Mt. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.
