All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

The open-plan living area, featuring a modern kitchen and a cozy dining area, forms the heart of the property. The window seat by the window is a nice place to enjoy the daylight. The soft colors, warm materials, and refined details—such as the SMEG refrigerator in the alcove—give the whole place a distinctive and pleasant atmosphere. On our farm we converted a barn to an ecologically comfortable "tiny-house" with all amenities, such as kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. Three large windows and 2 roof-windows get sunlight in the room all day long. There is a covered terrace with views of our garden and orchard. A few other terraces are spread over the garden and orchard. It is a very quiet and beautifully located place, ideal for 1 or 2 persons.
