The neighborhood is called Pilar de Los Horneros, it is a new housing just premiered. The house is super functional, both for couples, friends and families. It has fenced pool, barbecue, outdoor living room and a garden that you will enjoy in the mornings and afternoons. Located 100 meters from La Tahona mall that has warehouse, restaurant, bakery, hairdresser, etc. We are located 15 minutes from Carrasco, 10 minutes from the International Airport and 90 km from Punta del Este.

An outdoor dining area features a wooden table and long benches beneath a rustic ceiling. Two woven hanging lights provide illumination, and a small potted plant adds a touch of greenery. The space is adjacent to a kitchen area, inviting casual gatherings.

Cómoda casa para disfrutar en familia. Un espacio cálido y tranquilo. Consta con 1200 metros de terreno. La casa cuenta con una planta. Tiene living comer integrado con cocina. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Tiene lavavajillas. Un baño social. El dormitorio principal tiene baño en suite. Luego tiene dos dormitorios con dos camas cada uno. Private room with air conditioning and private bathroom in an artist's house with a lake at the back of the house. I offer all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. It is 1.5 km from Carrasco airport, 1 km from the beach, in front of Costa Urbana Shopping, 21 km from downtown Montevideo. Excellent location! Very enjoyable in every way, connect with nature while being close to everything!

An excellent place to rest and enjoy as a family, a beautiful place in a gated community, a spacious and clean place, everything was first-class. The place has access to a swimming pool and also has access as a benefit to another club with more activities outside the neighborhood, a 5-minute drive away. The club has everything to do, highly recommended!

Staying with Deborah was a treat! She was so responsive and communicative leading up to it. I had a very late flight landing at 1am and she even stayed up to let me in! Super good vibes in the space and felt welcomed and safe (which is so important for my nervous system when visiting a new country). Plus it’s so incredibly close to the airport, which is also where the bus picks up to go to Montevideo, Punta del Este, Piriapolis, or many more! If you see a spot open on the calendar, I recommend you take it as it won’t last.
