This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

A spacious wooden terrace is featured, furnished with two lounging chairs and a dining table set for six. Mountain views are visible beyond the terrace, with a sunshade providing a shaded area. The surrounding wooden fence adds privacy while allowing natural light to fill the space.
