We had an absolutely amazing stay! Herman is an exceptional host, genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every day we enjoyed delicious food, lovingly prepared, and the place was kept spotless thanks to the incredible cleaning team. What really stood out was how involved the whole Cabana's crew was. They didn’t just host us, they made us feel at home. Herman went out of his way to suggest activities outside (like Ygen volcano hike on Java and menjangan islands tour) and even helped us organize them, making everything smooth and stress-free. Whether it was exploring the area or just relaxing at the property, every moment was special. We can't thank Herman and the team enough for the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. If you're lucky enough to book a stay here, you're in for a treat!

Awang and his family are incredibly hospitable and friendly. They helped to arrange a variety of cultural events, including meeting local craftsmen, visiting a local coffee shop, and enjoying an afternoon at Pantai Sante, where we joined rewilding sea turtles! You can absolutely enjoy the rich culture at Kemiren. Only a few things might concern the guests. 1. I was informed that the boiler was out of function by the time I arrived, so it was harsh for travellers who wanted to get a refreshing hot water shower. 2. There may be unexpected sounds in the late night or early mornings, though it really depends on daily sitaution.

Voir le beau Sud Ouest insolite de Bali , il faut venir chez Afriento et Jenny , ils sont aux petits soins avec vous ! Très attentionnés, pour un beau séjour, ils vous donneront des conseils et vous aideront en cas de problème. c’est une très belle famille qui a beaucoup de cœur et qui aiment parler avec vous de leur pays et de leur amour des Gens. leur hébergement est fabuleux, près de la plage où la baignade dans les vagues chaudes est super ! Voir l’arrivée des pêcheurs dans leurs barques colorées et nager à côté des buffles est quelque chose d’insolite, des expériences qui laissent de beaux souvenirs ! Accomodatie direct aan het zwembad en strand. Een erg fijn verblijf gehad en vriendelijk personeel. Gebruik van paddle boards is inbegrepen voor gasten.

Der Service ist hier das Beste. Sowohl an der Rezeption bzgl aller Anliegen und auch das Personal im Lokal. Das Personal war wirklich das Beste, dass wir bisher auf Bali hatten. Das Essen schmeckt auch super 👍🏼 Einziges und leider auch größtes Manko… die Wände sind wie leider überall sehr dünn und die Türen aus Holz… bedeutet einen Mittagsschlaf zu halten ist schon schwer, wenn 10 mal Türen knallen und man die Gespräche Anderer mithören kann. Aber dafür gibt es dann ja Oropax.

I don’t even know how to properly give all the credits this place deserves Mi Casa is a lush green, fruit, garden and rice fields surrounded heaven next to a little creek. Everything is super clean, charming, calming, peaceful and beautiful while sound of the water is the perfect lullaby for a good night sleep. Rooms are well decorated and bathrooms are pretty big and clean! Erika and Marc are the best hosts you could ever wish for. They welcomed us and helped us literally with everything from transport, mt Ijen tour, health certificate and what to do in the area. We had many great talks and laughs about Indonesia, ecology, future, the world and more and we have learnt a lot! All that accompanied by their fluffiest cats :) Food is super delicious and you can arrange meal times according to your schedule + we always got extra fresh fruit. Mi Casa is a piece of paradise in the middle of jungle run by amazing people and it is even better than photos can represent. Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The villa is incredible, so nice to be mostly outdoors. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we felt right at home. It was great to have a full kitchen because we stayed for two weeks so it was useful not to rely solely on restaurants for every meal/snack. I would definitely book here again over other places in the area because of having access to a kitchen. Comfy bed, yoga mats provided for post-surf stretching, hammock, mosquito nets and repellent and good aircon for nights when it was too hot to have the doors open. Location is great, right on the entry to the surf break and such a good view from the balcony. Easy access also to cross the river at low tide and walk along the long stretch of beach to the north. Kadek and all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. Kadek went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home! We will miss you!
