The apartment was spotless, host was very welcoming and ensured we all were looked after well.

The place is a very clean and well furnished one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. The host was so cooperative and friendly and always was just a phone call away. The place was also available with full cutlery and ACs as well and had all the important grocery stores and much more right across the street. Definitely would consider staying again.

We had so much fun at Azam’s place! It was exactly like the pictures, actually even better. Will definitely be staying again the next time we’re in ISB.

Excited to review this place, stayed with my family the place was as described in the pictures and squeaky clean from bathroom to rooms and even the bed linens were clean and smelled amazing. All the amenities were present and in working order and the place felt like home instantly. The place is near to G11 markaz which is just around the corner. Ajlal was an amazing host dropped in multiple times to check if the stay was comfortable and was always available and most importantly was really accomodating to requests. Also you get a dedicated assistant who was always available and just a text away. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway in Islamabad this is the place. Highly Recommended!!

Absolutely recommend staying here. The apartment was clean and the host made sure to try their best to accommodate a few requirements I had beforehand. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the best part for me was that there was no UPS sound. Our contact person was extremely kind and always at service if needed. The fact that they have a 24h concierge service, even though we didn’t use it or need it, it was nice to know that should we need anything at any point during the day (grocery, food, anything), they were available. We had a tiny issue with a leaking tap from the muslim shower and they tried to fix it, however the problem persisted. And I’m sure had we let them know they would have fixed it, but we kept forgetting so clearly it was not a big issue for us. The place is about 5 minutes walk from a mall and dozens of cafes and restaurants. It’s really a vibrant area and we loved spending our evenings at the cafes there. Had a long stay and extended my stay here, I loved so many things about this place. The interior is so beautiful and it has almost everything I needed. This place also has Smart TV, proper kitchen, microwave etc. Mir was also very helpful and available whenever needed. Thank you, Mir!

Comfy place to stay in. Stayed for a week with toddlers. No issues with cleanliness. The sheets and comforters were clean and comfortable to use. Loved the decor! Wasif was collaborative and went out of way to support whenever needed. For a first timer on Air BnB, it was a great experience.

This was an absolutely ideal place to stay—perfectly located in one of the best areas. Having the mall right downstairs made everything so convenient; everything we needed was just steps away. The host was incredibly helpful, always maintaining great communication and going out of his way to accommodate us with extra towels and mattresses when needed. The apartment itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, which gave everyone their privacy and comfort. Security was also top-notch with 24/7 coverage, and a special thanks to Hasnain for being especially helpful throughout our stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we’re already looking forward to returning, inshallah.

Secure & Comfortable I was a guest of Zafar sb for two months in this place & have to admit he is one of the most caring, kind & professional hosts I have ever met. There are a few things that I want to highlight here. 1. This place is located in the “Diplomatic enclave”. Well… you might have an idea but I just want you to fully grasp the potential limitations that comes with this place since this is the most secure area of Pakistan, you will definitely need to have a vehicle/ rent a car for transportation. To avoid any hassle make sure to send your driver+vehicle’s details to Zafar sb, he will get you an entry permit for the whole period of your stay. (It’s an easy process, he does this all the time.) Hence, if security is your utmost priority go for this place & trust me you won’t regret it. 2. If you don’t have a driver or own a car, don’t worry you can always rent Moeen’s car (Zafar sb’s driver) or you can pay him per trip. Moeen is a super friendly guy & always has a valid entry permit with him. 3. Zafar sb is an experienced host; he has been a host for many years & he is direct & thorough & expects his guests to be the same. If you want anything? Just ask for it. And he will go above & beyond to help you feel comfortable during your stay. 4. Zafar sb owns several more apartments so he knows the right people to take care of any maintenance issue if & when one arises. 5. Items sold in stores i.e GreenValley in the enclave are a bit more expensive than the supermarkets outside the enclave. 6. If you are planning to live off food delivery apps like Foodpanda or Careem, please understand that the delivery person or Careem drivers aren’t allowed inside & can’t bring your food inside the enclave. So having a driver is a must. Inside the enclave, Street1 Cafe has some nice burgers & pizza & Ivy Courtyard’s English breakfast is also not bad.

I had an excellent experience staying at Naveed’s place! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Naveed was an outstanding host — very welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I had a question. His attention to detail really made the stay even better.
