Vacation rentals with lake access in Mullett Lake

Our stay at High Banks Haven was very relaxing with privacy and lots of amenities. The wood burning hot tub was such a treat, we were in it multiple times a day. Once you get it to temp. it’s amazing how well it holds temperature the next morning! A quick walk down a set of stairs to the beach, it’s very rocky but that’s what we were looking for. The master bedroom was cozy and had a comfortable firm mattress. Everything was clean and tidy. Kelly was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and will rave about this place to everyone we know!

Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and very spacious. Stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. Everything is updated & beds are comfortable with great bedding:) We would absolutely rent again!!!

Wonderful place that exceeded our expectations. The hosts were great with communicating and made themselves available to assist with anything we needed. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Can't ask for a better view of Lake Huron, especially from the great hot tub!

Krysten and Brigette were amazing hosts!! Our stay here made for the perfect weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Chicago. We originally booked Krysten and Brigette’s Starlight Cabin, but when the cabin ran into trouble with city permits, they were super kind to offer us their Sol Retreat house for the same rate. The house was very accommodating, beautifully decorated and just lovely around.

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

We drove 27 hours from Florida to explore northern Michigan with fishing, ATV riding and semi truck drag racing and the house was a perfect home port for all the activities! Cliff answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

This was probably the coolest airbnb I have stayed at. Beautifully designed, very open, well stocked kitchen, it was amazing. I love that you could purchase candy and snacks, just a cute touch. It was the perfect place for us to spend our snow days :)

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

This place was wonderful! It’s easy to feel right at home and its location is perfect! There are food places that are walkable and is near a dollar general for any last minute snacks or other needs. It’s also incredibly close to a ferry that takes you to Mackinac Island so there’s no need to pay extra for parking. The place is clean and comfortable after a long day of fun!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

We enjoyed our stay. This room was perfect for a few night stay, had basic kitchen amenities, Roku worked well, couch and lighting gave it cozy feel. Room was very clean, good use of small space. Great location. Communicative hosts. We would stay again.

John and his wife were both extremely nice and welcoming! My friend and I didn’t realize how bad the mosquitos are there this time of year so John gave us bug spray to use after he turned on the fire pit for us to enjoy. Beautiful lot as well, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay while in town to ski. Easy walking distance to restaurants for a person that enjoys walking, even in the cold. Thanks for letting us stay in your cute airbnb!! Don and Jill

This apartment had room to spare! It was well-stocked, very clean, and was filled with sunlight. What struck us the first time we entered, and each time afterwards, was just how roomy the apartment was. The 10-foot ceilings only added to the feeling of spaciousness. And since we were there after the busiest part of the season, it was also blessedly quiet. The attached deck was a bonus that offered a beautiful view of the harbor.

This place was amazing! Right by the action but still felt private. It has everything you need for a great stay. The hosts were responsive kind and flexible with us. Couldn’t have been better!!!

Such a beautiful place to stay. My Grandpa owned this property in the 70's and my family was happy to see how well maintained the cottage is and the nature that surrounds it. It was such a blessing for us to come back and visit. Thank you for taking such good care of it.

Wonderful stay!! house had more than adequate sleeping space, plenty of towels and linens. Would love to rent it again!! it is very well worth the money and you can't go wrong with beautiful Paradise Lake!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here, Julie also had a list of different local restaurants, places, and recommendation’s that we were able to check out and enjoyed as well, the cottage had a wonderful view of the lake and we enjoyed our evenings by the fire watching the sunset as well as doing our bird watching and listening, we will definitely be coming back in the future and looking forward to our next stay!

The mist clearing on the lake in the morning sun reveals the changing colors of trees in the Fall Season. At night, the constellations sparkle strongly and clearly in the dark sky. And the sounds of silence increase the sense of peace and wonder. This is what you can experience whether sitting around a lakeside fire or sitting in the front room of the cottage. And making a home cooked meal is a pleasure as well...the kitchen supports good cooking and the dining room table supports warm and interesting conversations. Thanks, Leanne

Brian’s place is one where you say “wow”! We routinely search for Airbnb rentals at the last minute, hoping to find the best location always looking for a private spot. This one hit the mark, with a great walk along the beach, great fire pit and a well stocked kitchen. Huge rap around porch and grill available. Brian was so helpful and even called us directly to avoid messaging back and forth. Would highly recommend this place for some fun, relaxing, and quiet cabin/beach time.

We loved everything about the Bhombay Beach House! It was private, cozy, and super clean. We appreciated the full kitchen (coffeemaker/coffee, full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, and utensils), since we like to save $$$ by making breakfast while on vacation. Bob was very responsive without being intrusive. He provided extra amenities without our asking (umbrellas and nighttime snacks!). The large-screen TV included Netflix ... lots of DVDs, too. The views of the beach (Lake Huron) from the living room and kitchen were gorgeous. It was too chilly to use the firepit, but we walked the beach on our last day, which was lovely. LOVED being so close to the water! We were just up the street from the ferry to Mackinac Island. We had never been, and it didn't disappoint. Horse-drawn carriages, the Grand Hotel, funky restaurants, lots of bicycles, fudge! Make sure to visit Bob (and Thom's) store, Cottage UP. Great finds! In short, a perfect stay in every way.
