Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw en -heer. Prima vakantiewoning met ruime woonkamer/keuken, schone badkamer en aparte slaapkamer met prima, stevig tweepersoons bed. We mochten gebruik maken van de vriezer van de gastvrouw in het naastgelegen woonhuis.

Wir hatten trotz wechselhaftem Wetter eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Maria u. Daniel. Das Haus ist ruhig, in Waldnähe oberhalb von Mettlach gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr gut und reichlich ausgestattet, mit Allem was man in 14 Tage so braucht (und mit scharfen Messern!!!). Uns gefiel die überdachte Terrasse und der große Gartenbereich mit Blick auf die Stadt. Maria, Daniel und ihre Kinder sind sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief immer entspannt und reibungslos. Wir haben uns über die frischen Eier und auch Tomaten und Weintrauben gefreut, die wir von ihnen bekommen haben. Man ist schnell im Wald mit seinen zahlreichen Wanderwegen. Wir haben einige "Traumschleifen" in der Umgebung erwandert und auch schöne, anspruchsvolle Radtouren durch die sehr abwechslungsreiche Landschaft unternommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un petit séjour bien agréable, la roulotte est très mignonne et située sur un bel emplacement, calme et paisible. Il y a une très belle aire de jeux à proximité pour les enfants, des commerces à cinq minutes en voiture. Je recommande.

Hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundliche und zeitnahe Kommunikation mit dem GastgeberIn. Bei der Anweisung gab es gleich hilfreiche Tips mit dazu. Die Wohnung und besonders die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Eine gemütliche Gaststätte ist fussläufig erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten incl. Apotheke in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schnell ist man im Grünen, die Innenstadt mit dem Bus in 20 min erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Euch.

Citadine et en déplacement pour le travail, j'ai découvert un superbe logement (tout confort, décoré avec goût, très propre et au calme) dans un petit village donnant un petit goût de vacances et de repos après le boulot ! Toutes les descriptions sont conformes sur les sites Gîte de France et RBNB (aucunes mauvaises surprises). Isabelle est super sympathique et est à notre disposition en cas de problèmes (que je n'ai pas rencontrés !) Dommage que je n'ai pas pu conserver ce logement sur toute la durée de mon déplacement professionnel (jusque fin mai), il était déjà réservé pour partie ... Merci Isabelle et à bientôt !

Een geweldige gastvrije ontvangst met koffie en gebak van Rosemarie en Johan. Alles was aanwezig en niets ontbrak. Fijne keuken met kookplaat en koelkast. Een lekker bed in een ruime slaapkamer en een geweldig mooie badkamer. Zelfs een wasmachine en droger waren aanwezig. Vanaf de tuin kwam je zo op een wandelpad aan de rand van het bos. Een mooi groot terras, keurig aangelegd en met een goed uitzicht op de omliggende landerijen en bossen. In het dorpje onder aan de heuvel was weinig te beleven. In Mettendorf een 3 km dorpje verderop was een ruime supermarkt. De grote stad Bitburg bekend van het bitburgerbier was redelijk dichtbij. Luxemburg was maar 15 a 20 minuten rijden dan was je al in Vianden, alwaar je met de kabelbaan omhoog kan en je een mooi uitzicht hebt. Het zogenoemde klein Zwitserland (Echternach, met zijn mooie wandelgebieden met steile rotsen) was iets verder. Al met al een fijn verblijf bij Rosemarie en Johan. Die de status van superhost zeker waard zijn.

De Airbnb is ruim en brandschoon. Precies zoals op de foto’s en in de omschrijving. Er was goede communicatie en een tip om heel dichtbij de deur van de Airbnb te parkeren. Er is aan heel veel gedacht zoals oa koffie-pads, thee, vaatwastabletten etc. en wat te drinken en snoepen. Genoeg handdoeken. Het enige wat wij misten was een kleine vriesruimte in de koelkast voor de koelelementen. Maar konden makkelijk zonder. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te mogen komen.

Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat, konnte man es sich an Bord richtig gemütlich machen. Die ruhige, abgeschiedene Lage ist perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag. Das Boot ist modern, stilvoll und sehr sauber – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Romain und Anais sind tolle, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtige, rustig gelegen vakantiewoning. Wat een zalige plek om te verblijven! We werden elke ochtend wakker met een adembenemend uitzicht en de zonsopgang. Aan alles werd gedacht – de woning was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal gelegen om mooie wandelingen te maken: op slechts een half uurtje rijden van het Mullerthal en op 15 minuten van de Eifelsteig. Ook een bezoek aan het Trier is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom, een echte aanrader – we komen hier graag nog eens terug!
