The place is amazing. Beautiful old house yet very comfortable. Aleko is great host. He arranged a dinner and wine tasting for us and we spent a wonderful evening with him.

Kutaisi City Centre guest house.

It was like staying at a relatives home. Very friendly. Taught me a few words in Kartuli, like ჭამე, წყალი. He is a good drinker (Me not so much). Always invites you into his house for food and drink (vodka and wine). Good cheese from his village. What was interesting was the washroom was more retro and therefore gave you a good glimpse of what life was in the 1980s The house is in a courtyard surrounded with other houses. The area around the neighbourhood is very historic. At the time of my visit, the roads were being relaid and paving stones were being used. I presume the area will exude charm once complete. The Mcdonalds is within a 4-5min walk from the house and they have table service. A full meal including a burger, fries, nuggets, drink and a pie was 19 lari which is equivalent to around CDN$10.00 There are several bus routes across the street from the Mcdonalds. 1-L, 3, 4 and others. #3 heads to Rioni train station, #4 heads to Kutaisi train station. The cost is 60 tetri.
Lush green vineyards stretch across the landscape, with rows of grapevines meticulously arranged. A modern building, surrounded by trees, is visible in the background, complemented by rolling hills covered in foliage.

I felt right at home; it was an amazing stay! This was the best experience I’ve had sleeping anywhere since I arrived in Georgia. The hosts were incredibly kind, offering me food and even waking up early to make me breakfast. It was truly wonderful. I have no more words, just incredible. Thank you so much for everything!
A lush garden area is displayed, filled with vibrant yellow and black flowers swaying amidst green foliage. A trellis with climbing plants frames the space, which leads to a rustic structure partially visible in the background, surrounded by trees and abundant vegetation.

Spacious house for whole family

AndreiRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Nice house near the center of Kutaisi with its own yard. Not a whole house for rent, but an apartment, but this is more than enough, as 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom, a kitchen are available. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Yingwei is a very hospitable hostess.
A wooden terrace is highlighted, featuring a hammock suspended between two sturdy wooden beams. The view showcases lush green vegetation and distant mountains under a clear blue sky. Natural light fills the space, creating a serene outdoor setting.

Racha Cornfield House (and mountain views!)

XiZi (Jo)Rating, 5 stars8 months ago
We loved our two night stay at Markus’s place. It felt like we had our own mountain villa. The big balcony had an impressive mountain view, perfect for hanging out (there’s basically no mosquitos which makes it even better). The corner bedroom gets a lot of air so stays cool during the night. Kitchen is big and well equipped for even long term stays. Check in and check out were very straightforward. Markus’s family lives very close by and they were so kind to us. They greeted us at check in and every time we come in and out and offered us delicious fruits. We definitely felt like home!
