I had the most wholesome stay at Divine’s place! From the moment we arrived, I felt so welcomed. Divine is incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The place itself is pristine, beautifully decorated, and exudes warmth, truly a home away from home. Every detail has been thought out to ensure comfort, and it’s clear how much love and care has gone into creating such a beautiful space. The staff were also amazing, so kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you, Divine for such a delightful experience, I will definitely come back!

Alberto is a great host and the Green Villa is exactly as described. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The Green Villa is located in the safest area of Musanze, within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. It’s an ideal base for exploring the nearby Volcanoes National Park. We were a group of friends but the large garden and trampoline make it a perfect choice also for families with children! We highly recommend the Green Villa for anyone visiting Musanze!

Pros: Very beautiful location with volcano views. Host was responsive and the rooms were comfortable. Cons: - difficult to locate and hard access after rains - no mosquito nets - a little awkward to stay in a nice cottage at the top of the hill with running water and electricity when the surrounding village is without

Christian was excellent in his communication and responded to my requests very quickly! Jackline, his manager, was so lovely, kind, helpful, fun! She made sure I was well taken care of, came to say hello daily, was a real bonus to my stay! The place is beautiful, well built, thoughtfully decorated, very clean and far away from the noisey center. And the air was much fresher, not stinky from car fumes! There are lovely gardens and beautiful little birds. And the raised Pavillion was amazing, allowing one to view the surrounding countryside and volcanoes in the distance. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Tie and Elizabeth place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Tie and Elizabeth was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a really perfect spot if you want to check out Volcanoes National Park without breaking the bank. There can be a real lack of affordable accommodation for tourists in the area and this, as a two-bedroom house with small communal room and secure parking, is absolutely perfect. Saved us a fortune, and it was nice to get back from a rainy day's trekking and have that space to unwind in. Janvier and Anne-Marie really went out of their way, even helping us to order take-out from a local restaurant when we didn't feel like going out. They helped explain the route to the park entrance as we were off to see the golden monkeys. And there were lots of little touches in the house, like biscuits, a hairdryer, shampoo - anything you might have forgotten to bring. They were also very flexible about check out. Really so glad we decided to give it a try, and planning to go back as it's just down the road from Crema coffee shop which is the pick-up spot for canoeing Mukungwa River.

A Peace Of Rwanda - Musanze: Bed & Breakfast

Every year, I travel to Musanze to visit a project we have outside of Musanze with my husband and Rwandan colleagues. This time we rented the entire house, A Peace of Rwanda. Sonia is a sweetheart and she was very flexible when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean and the wifi is reliable. The bathroom is well appointed, the beds are comfy, and the garden is peaceful and beautiful. However, the thing that made this house the very best was the staff. Patrick and his team made us immediately feel at home. They spoiled us by being so attentive to our needs, even things we didn't know we needed, like cleaning our shoes! In addition to breakfast we had two dinners at the house and the food was delicious and plentiful. That was enormously appreciated after a long day working in the village and without lunch. My colleagues and all agree that this is the best place to stay. We will DEFINITELY be back next year!

I stayed two nights as a solo traveler visiting the national park to do gorilla trekking and other activities, following a conference in Kigali. Bernice and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me find the place, cooking meals, and giving local recommendations. With their help, I was able to arrange a boat tour on lake Ruhondo. Breakfast was included, and I paid a fair price for dinners and packed lunches -- the food was excellent and abundant. The grounds are tranquil and mostly quiet despite being in the main village. I would stay again!

I loved and enjoyed staying at this place, it felt just like home. The home is beautiful and very peaceful if you are looking to rest well in Gisenyi it's the right place to be. The host was very responsive and helpful and Donata and Eric who maintain the place amazingly were very much helpful and welcoming. it is also a nice home if you have a family and want to visit Gisenyi as it's location is near most of the staff including the beach which is 5 min drive. I really loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a calm place to rest while enjoying Gisenyi.

When I first tumbled on this room on AirBnB, it seemed too good to be true for the listed price in Musanze. But everything really did match my expectations, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed and equipments in the kitchen and the bathroom. This is perfect if you are looking for something affordable and with everything you need. The host was of great help and very kind. There is also Elvis who was also there to ensure my stay was delightful and I got everything I need. Thanks to Kerry for a wonderful stay. I will be back 🙏

I enjoyed my stay at Flamingo. The location is conveniently located in downtown, safe and close to all amenities. The Flamingo staff are very welcoming, helpful, attentive, and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. In addition, every morning you are entitled to a delicious breakfast that is included in the nightly price. You can also order a meal on site at a good price. Wifi is there, too. Francois's please is truly relaxing, it felt like vacation from the start. Francois is a very friendly host, "un grand homme"! His team is also very supportive and hospitable. We can truly recommend to stay at Francois's place as it's near the beach and the garden is beautiful for starting your day with special bird sounds. The breakfast is also outstanding. Overall, we will come back to Francois when we are visiting Gisenyi as we really had a special time.
