Lots of room for the kids to run around. Fresh Breeze off the lake. The lake is popular for jogging and cycling. All new. Parking. Safe and secure. High ground. Quiet neighbors, no noisy temples nearby. Great atmosphere. TV, WIFI. 5 min drive to shopping centres, etc. 2 Stand Up paddle boards are available for your use.

Moreover, it is very convenience to travel to Nhongkai and Lao.
