I stayed at Ruj‘s a whole week and it was a great experience! The accommodation is a described, always silent, bed really comfortable, water warm and good pressure. Room got cleaned every second day, also with a new set of towels. Water was provided at all times. All beaches are in a walkable distance about 5-10 minutes, walking street just 50 meters away. Ruj answered right away whenever I contacted him. The beach bag was very convenient too. It’s a great stay for a great value! Would definitely recommend!

If you are going to Koh Lipe and this place comes up and you are thinking about booking it, do it. Ruj's place is a gem. Located in Walking Street which is main street on island, close to all the shops bar and beaches. The room is spotless, is beautifully decorated and Ruj is one of the best Airbnb host I have dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and the recommendations were spot on. Thanks for a great stay.
