Nice villa with very friendly staff. The location is very rural but if you have a car or use grab it's still not that bad in terms of convenience. The on site staff are very friendly and can accomodate and help you with most things. Overall it was a great stay

I had an amazing stay at this apartment hosted by OAK! The rooms were superb—very spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The entire place had a peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxing. Security was solid, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A big plus was getting to enjoy the vibrant Songkran celebrations right in front of the society—such a fun experience! OAK was a wonderful host—very responsive, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The place was perfect for us in Bangkok for a student swim tournament - 2 parents, 2 swimmers and a coach. Pemika stayed late to help us. She provisioned some really useful food (eggs, coffee, milk, bread and noodles, etc.) so after arriving late breakfast would be easy. Communicated with us and responded quickly. A great stay. Thanks

Tom is an exceptional host! The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. Tom’s communication was excellent throughout, and he went above and beyond to help me retrieve items I had forgotten even days after I checked out. Host was amazing. Very quick to respond and resolved any request quickly. House is very nice in a great location. Just a quick walk to the large pool / gym. 10 minute walk to large food market with local options, massage, etc. Nice option to have a washing machine and detergent to wash clothes for long stays. Nice breeze and option to keep windows that have screens open and not use the A/C. Air conditioning worked great when needed. It is close to the airport so depending on the flight path, you can hear some planes fly over head. Highly recommended.
