The villa is very nice for sleeping in a quiet corner, quiet at night, the house is very large and the view is beautiful we have a group of 10 people here for a very nice few days The host is also very good for our request to solve it in a timely manner, thank her very much

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Beautiful property located in rawaii, extremely helpful host recommend us activities and restaurants matching our criteria. Every amenity had been thought of which was a plus will definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay at John's Villa (number 2) and highly recommended it. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children (all 5 and under) and the Villa had everything we required (beds, cots, high chairs) and more besides. The rooms were very spacious, clean and cool (Aircon available), and the outside garden, car courtyard and pool area were excellent for allowing the kids to roam (the pool is also gated for peace of mind). The Villa is also very conveniently located close to supermarkets and restaurants (only a short walk) and a food market for delicious cooked Thai food. There are two nearby beaches that are walkable (circa 2 km and 3.5km respectively) or else just a short taxi or tuk tuk ride away (and John helpfully put us in touch with a driver). John was a very responsive and helpful host who was happy to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The Villa is even more impressive than the photos. We hope to return, and thanks John and Thailand!

Highly recommended for small intimate groups to large gathering of family and friends. Great place to spend quality time and have fun. The staff are always responsive, friendly and always available to provides you with your needs as best as possible. They became like our family rather then Villa staff. Had the best private driver in all of Kamala. Such a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary. Will definitely book again if ever back in Phuket.

The most perfect Villa stay away from the chaos but a short grab drive away if you want to be in the main town. The Villa itself is beautiful, clean and well looked after. Julien made sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly. We will absolutely be back next time we visit Phuket!

The Glasshouse is a beautiful space in a quieter area of Phuket. However, it's still in walking distance to restaurants, massage parlors, beaches, a 7-11 etc. We would recommend walking to Ao Yan beach over Kao Khad, but if you're looking for really stunning beaches or a livelier scene, you will have to drive out further. I stayed here with my husband and our families who were all looking to relax so this fit the bill. We enjoyed watching sunsets right from the backyard and having large common areas to hang out in. Bradley and Khun Pond are kind and gracious hosts. Easy to communicate with and helped arrange our pick-up/drop-off, and sourced beautiful bouquets for a surprise engagement celebration. Of note, the 5th/6th bedrooms feel isolated since they are nonadjacent to the main house, but some people may like that. They also don't have the same luxury feel as the rest of the home and could use a few updates. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and beautiful views. Thank you, Bradley!

My friends and I LOVED staying at the villa! The views are incredible and it felt like we were in the jungle with all the nature around. The pool is gorgeous! Nam the villa manager was so kind and helpful to us, and she always had the place clean for us! We hope to stay again in the future.

This villa is so far the most beautiful villa I have ever stay. The design of the villa is really very cozy and there is a local restaurant which the food is really good

We stayed in Villa Patong for 8 nights with 10 adults. The villa itself is extremely impressive with an enormous amount of space to relax in, a beautiful pool, and a brilliant location which was quiet but close enough to Patong and other nearby beaches to have some fun! Don’t attempt to walk up or down the hill, it’s very steep but that what gives the incredible views. It was very quick, cheap and easy to get a Grab taxi to take you anywhere you wanted to go on the island. The on-site staff (Nun and Chin) were amazing, and Chin made us a few evening meals which were reasonably priced and extremely delicious, some of the best food on our holiday! Sami (the property manager) was always contractable to offer advice and any support we needed. I would recommend the villa to anyone looking to have a special holiday in Phuket and would not hesitate to stay there again!

The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! Very nice place, staff is very cool

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with the most accommodating hosts. We were a family with two young kids under 3 and Jane was very forthcoming with all our requests. Nai Harn is such a beautiful part of Phuket - With lovely places to eat, coffee etc. Within a 15 minute walking radius. I would suggest renting a car or your own scooter as this makes it much easier to get around.

We felt extremely comfortable at Jon's place! Location is perfect; just a short ride to many shops and eateries but tucked off the main road enough to avoid buslting traffic. They were able to arrange scooter reservations for us in advance which helped us not miss a beat upon arrival. Very friendly and responsive. 10/10 would recommend this stay.

We had a great stay! It all looks exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The main road is within walking distance and has a lot to offer. If you don't feel like walking away in the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the private pool. Communication went smoothly. I'm sure we'll be back. THANKS🙏🏽:))

The accommodation is very good and matches the photos. The pool is a real end to the day! In addition, the accommodation is very well located in a calm and family neighborhood. The beaches of Yah Nui and Nai harn besch are less than 15 minutes away by car and are very suitable for families. Finally Kaewpetch and her husband were very responsive and pleasant, including when we accidentally condemned one of the rooms by slamming the door without having the key! We recommend this listing without worries:)

Had such an amazing stay at the villa! The rooms were clean, amenities were all functioning and the villa was overall a great place to stay in. The pool was clean, the outside kitchen is very helpful too. Location was good - close to the supermarket but the area in general was not so walkable, however you can always order a bolt/grab to wherever you wish to go. Definitely recommend for a group stay if you’re looking to relax and have a good time with friends/family. 😊
