Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Patong! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool. The views were incredible, especially at sunset, and it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the town or spending time at the beach. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a hassle-free stay — great air conditioning, a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi and a kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect base for my time in Patong. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing spot near the beach.

First of all Tracey is an amazing host. Her professionalism and dedication to her guests are unmatched. She ensured every aspect of our stay was hassle and stress free allowing our group to have the most amazing time ever. Kuhn View is an amazing asset. With our dynamic schedules during our stay, we required a lot of transportation. All coordination was handled expertly and efficiently. We were never late and we were able to make the most of our time off. Bum, our villa attendant was absolutely heaven sent. Her cooking is absolutely phenomenal and her care and service to our group was amazing. I loved every second of my stay here and I highly recommend working with Tracey and her staff. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

During our trip to Phuket we have lived in three different places, and with no doubt this was the best of the best. The location is great. It's 1 minute away from the Ao Yon beach by walking. The great surroundings and picturesque scenery around the place. The house is situated at the south-east side of the island, so you can observe magnificent dawns. Inside we had lots of foodstuff and care products, even including some useful medicine. The house feels like home. It's neat and with lots of decorating stuff. The area is private for residents of this housing complex. Besides, it should be noted that the host Nym is very responsive and kind. She always answered the questions we had in minutes! We even had some free beer in the fridge when we arrived, that's a nice touch! Would recommend this place to people who are willing to find a serene place without the clogged beaches and typical tourist attractions. It was a wonderful stay! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Airbnb is beautiful and the contact with Peppe was always positive. He quickly answered our questions and helped us. It was also great that Mr. Nut picked us up at the airport and drove us to the Airbnb. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and everything else. Our rooms were cleaned every two days. The pool was beautiful and you could reach a lot by bike or on foot. We highly recommend this airbnb.

Just got back from an amazing stay at a villa in Phuket — total paradise. The place was spotless, private, Loved lounging by the pool and catching sunsets. Super close to beaches and great food spots too. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% go back!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!

I had an amazing stay at Greg’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I loved the balcony with mountain views and the spa bath was a great touch. The location was perfect — close to everything. Greg was a great host and made everything easy. I would definitely stay here again!
