Great apartment! We lived in this apartment for s month as a family. Looks even better in reality than in the photos🤩 The apartment is cozy, with a good interior, good furniture and everything necessary for a comfortable family stay. The apartment and its surroundings were generally quiet throughout the day. There are good cafes and restaurants either within walking distance or a very short drive from the building in which the apartment is located. Also, there is a decent sized shopping mall in about 3 or 4 minutes away from the apartment, that has a pretty good hardware store, a pharmacy, Starbucks, grocery store and a few more shops. The owner of the apartment, Caroline, is a very attentive and responsive woman. We traveled with a baby and she was attentive to all of our questions and requests relating to the baby. She rather promptly answered any and all of our questions and always did the maximum possible.

Joy was very communicative and accommodating during my whole stay. The room has everything I need and the location is convenient. The minor construction noise is not very loud so it didn’t bother me at all.

Great location for old town Phuket 👌 close to 7 supermarket and Limelight! Also for Sunday night market. And also there is a shuttle bus to airport every hour just in front of the 7/11 supermarket, it is very convenient to get to airport very cheap! Bus 8411.

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The property was stunning—beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. They were incredibly helpful and responsive—whether it was arranging a motorbike sticker or checking in about my health, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone, and I can’t wait to visit again very soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The apartment is very nice. The master bedroom has some noise from the street only if loud cars are passing by. Rarely is there noise from the bars unless it's a special occasion. The second bedroom always is very quiet. Other reviews mentioned smells from the washing machine; this is user error of not leaving the door open long enough for it to dry after using it. When left to dry there is no smell. The building staff are excellent; kind and accommodating. Everything here has been great and we are very happy to have found this listing and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to help with any queries. The location is just perfect — walking distance to the downtown market and the airport bus stand, which made commuting super easy. There are tons of food options around, including local eateries, a 7-Eleven, and a Tops supermarket nearby. The apartment itself felt just like home — cozy, clean, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The view from the place was a lovely bonus, and it was so peaceful despite being close to everything. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket — I’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au View Condo. L’hôte était très réactif et a toujours su m’apporter des réponses concluantes. L’appartement quant à lui était superbe, très agréable.

I used to live in Phuket and DCondo Mine was my accommodation while living and teaching here. So, I was familiar with the location and accommodation beforehand and that's why I chose this location for my first 3 nights. Lupthawit's accommodation was just as described. The apartment was clean, the bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable (which is important to me). There was an air con which helped with cooling at night. I didn't cook and ate out for all meals but there was a full fridge, microwave, cutlery, and plates, cups, etc. There are places to eat, get massages, etc within walking distance but with the heat, it's better to have a mode of transportation. I can't wait to be back, I hope it's sooner as this is my first time back, since leaving in 2018. Thank you for your hospitality. The check in and check out process was seamless and I really appreciate that I was able to checkin early. Khap Khun Kha

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Staying at Harvey’s place was such a great experience! He was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment I booked. He always checked in via text to make sure everything was going well and was quick to offer any assistance if needed. The condo itself is in the perfect location—right in the center of everything! It was super easy to get around, grab anything I needed, and explore the area. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Thank you, Harvey, for being such a thoughtful and attentive host. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice little bolthole in Phuket, right next to the mall which has everything, and very central to a lot of great cafes and amazing restaurants

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Очень понравилась квартира. Есть всё необходимое, бесконтактное заселение и выселение. Очень понравился бассейн и зона отдыха на 8 этаже. Также есть стоянка для транспорта. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, приятно было с ним контактировать. Вопросов по квартире нет никаких, только приятные воспоминания, мы прожили здесь месяц и теперь даже немного скучаем 🥲 Спасибо, мы отлично провели здесь время.

Great place. A bit smaller than expected, but overall on you, clean, and very convenient. I would suggest to equip the kitchen a little bit more but other than that all is great.

The flat is good. It's located in the very center of Phuket, so it is quite convenient to get from them to the rest of the island. Kathu itself is not very picturesque, but it has everything you need for life. Claude always responded promptly to my requests, helped with everything and was friendly. There were issues with the Internet and the kettle, everything was resolved quickly. I really liked the pool in the condo, although there were not always free sun beds next to it. I can recommend renting Claude's apartment.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Great stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for friends and family. The house is located on a hill, so a scooter is your best option. Amazing views , clean and incredibly close to Patong. Felt comfortable and cozy! The housekeeping lady is super sweet and helpful. The host is amazing and is always looking to assist you in any way, thanks for being so flexible and responsive to all our queries! 10/10 recommended.

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. He also helped us get around, making our stay even more convenient. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t wait his calendar is almost fully booked for the year! Thanks, Piotr’s! We are a party of 8 adults travelling with 5 children under 8. These villas were perfect for us, with lots of space in the rooms and grounds, and very well equipped, the three large fridges were particularly appreciated. Olivier was very helpful as we had to change our booking and he helped with all requests for information. He recommended a chef that would come and cook a meal in the villa for us. Pin, our lovely maid came every day but one and was willing to help with everything but cooking. Help with the laundry was very welcome. She was very friendly and loved the babies, but wasn’t intrusive. The villa was a short walk from the main road which had all the normal shops/restaurants you would expect on a Thai street. There is a 7-11 about 15 minutes away. we used Grab most nights to get takeaways which were mostly successful. We went to the Hidden forest elephant sanctuary which we recommend, a cooking demo, and to Thai boxing. All were enjoyed. We would highly recommend a stay here

È stato tutto come ci aspettavamo se non meglio! Il complesso è nuovo e pulito, con infiniti servizi di piscina, ristorazione, reception 24h, spa, palestra e persino centro medico che fornisce visite e farmaci (e che a noi è stato molto utile). Inoltre l’host ha sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi e quando ho richiesto una pulizia extra della stanza perché la mia amica era stata male e aveva sporcato, lui ce l’ha offerta gratuitamente con auguri di pronta guarigione. Comodo anche il servizio colazione (per 350bath a persona) e la navetta gratuita alla spiaggia, che in ogni caso è raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Molto vicino anche supermercato e farmacia. La struttura inoltre fornisce anche numerosi escursioni (di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito in quanto ci eravamo già organizzate per conto nostro). Infine letto comodo, doccia chiusa (qui rara) e molti cuscini. In generale Consiglio caldamente!

Very beautiful villa, the big swimming pool is great, looking forward to staying again

Don’t know even where to begin. Steve had the instructions even before we flew to our destination. As we landed he was waiting for us to greet us. Despite getting to the villa very late he took his time to show is where we can grab a dinner. The villa is a 1000 times better than in the pictures. Immaculately clean and cleaning service was throughout the stay. We enjoyed the pool , sunbeds and gym. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very convenient especially when you travel with older kids or different groups . The place is located In the heart of Rawai . You can walk everywhere. 5 min and you on the street full of restaurants, bars and massage places. Steve was very responsive to all the questions we had about local places . We will definitely recommend staying here . Thank you Steve
