Vacation rentals with beach access in Mueang Phuket District

Honestly Russ is one of the best hosts that I have ever seen - so responsive, respectful, full of good recommendations and very polite yet professional. And the house, we felt like we were right at home. You have everything that you can think of I think and the linen was amazing - comparable to 5 star hotels 🙏🏼 also there are a lots of pools, bars etc inside the community which is a huge plus! We really enjoyed staying here. Thanks for everything and I can 100% recommend to stay here ☺️

Fantastic apartment in a great location!! Clean, spacious and stunning view, the apartment is tastefully decorated with everything you need. It is only a few mins away from the beach and all the shops, but as it is elevated and overlooking Kata beach, it feels much more secluded. Great host, highly recommend 🤩

Wir haben einen Monat in der tollen Unterkunft von Mai und Kurt verbracht. Die ganze Wohnung ist einfach nur traumhaft: Paradies auf Erden, schöner geht nicht. Das offene Konzept und die fantastische Aussicht sind einmalig. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Kurt war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns schon zur Begrüssung mit feinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Er ist rundum ein toller Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Super appartement ! Très propre, lumineux. Équipements au top ( piscines. Salle de sport ). Je recommande.

We had a lovely stay in Rawai! Jet was a thoughtful and responsive host, always quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. He also kindly let us check in two hours early, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The complex itself was quiet, secure, and had a nice pool to relax by. Rawai Beach is just a short walk away - while it’s not meant for swimming, it’s a great spot to catch a longtail boat to nearby islands, and there are plenty of cafes and bars along the seafront to enjoy. There are also some great restaurants and supermarkets close by, and Nai Harn Beach, which is stunning, is just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Phuket to explore the southern coast! Thanks for everything Jet :)

Had an excellent stay at John's place, Excellent location within a complex of apartments, multiple pools available, short walking distance to the beach where there are bars and restaurants, and shops John was a super responsive host, who made us feel at home right away, from the tour around the apartment to local recommendations, also super responsive to messages Overall I would highly recommend a trip to John's place

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

It was truly amazing. We watched it with admiration from the moment we entered the house. It is a completely private property location, completely suitable for privacy, all bathrooms have a full glass view of the ocean, but don't worry, it has film glass from the outside. The living room area is surrounded by wooden doors on both sides and the holes provided complete air flow. Since we stayed with 4 people, 2 of us slept in the living room and it felt like sleeping in the open air. If you prefer, 4 people can stay in the same room. Mrs. Surasa was always attentive from the moment we stayed, she allowed the balcony to be decorated for our friend's marriage proposal and arranged an organizer for us in this regard. We thank her very much for offering us this incredible experience. In addition, the location of the house was within walking distance to the restaurants on the beach, we left very pleased with everything. In fact, we did not want to leave.

Michael’s Villa is an ideal place for any family or group of friends visiting Phuket. Ideal location, walkable distance from Kata beach and market. Very clean and spacious villa with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and outdoor sitting area. We had an amazing time during our 3 day stay. Michael is very cooperative as well as proactive with local recommendations and arranged all transportation for us which was a very big help. All in All, it was our one of the best Airbnb experience. Would recommend Michael’s place to everyone visiting Phuket.

It looks even nicer than the pictures. We are a family of eight and this space was perfect. They had a room all chilled for my 80 year old mother upon arrival and it had its own bathroom on the lower level. The other rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. We gathered all our laundry after a weeks vacation and the onsite care takers washed it all for us. Super pleasant and helpful which gives us mothers a little break. They gave gifts to the children and my elderly mother. I highly recommend this place and I didn’t even mention the pool and area. It’s just fabulous. The town is 1.3 miles away but just 700 meters away is the Marriott Bonvoy which had a nice fancy restaurant where we had a fancy brunch and bubbles. If you looking for a peaceful beautiful spot this is the place for you.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of the gorgeous Nai Harn Beach. Easy access to a handful of good restaurants, massage places, quicky marts and currency exchanges. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and feels likes a family beach house. It's well provisioned with plenty of tea towels, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, crockery and toiletries. It was spotlessly clean which is always reassuring about how a property is managed. The included maid service is fantastic and the staff are always on call to attend to any issues and very responsive. The grounds are also very well maintained and the pool was excellent. Never more than one other family there whenever we visited. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I'd highly recommend Melissa's property. Hopefully we make it back there again soon!

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Great stay just off the main road at Rawai Beach. The apartment was just as described. It was small but had everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed (which is so rare), fast internet, functional kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch, smart TV, lots of towels. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very responsive so thank you.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Fabulous host - thanks Nack! firstly location - central, a few min walk to food places and local shops (7/11 s too). A very clean gated complex. Very nice pool to cool down (8am-8pm). The condo is spacious, modern, warm. there is a well equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine - all you need. We worked from there (including multiple video calls etc). and the WIFI is perfect - super fast (north of 150-200mbs ). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
