Thank you for the room, the room is located in the heart of Khon Kaen city, the location next to the department store can be walked only 3 minutes, the room is clean, and the room is on the 36th floor with a beautiful view of Khon Kaen city.

A great place, James had it all prepared for it to be a long-stay. Next door to Central, parking available, TaoBin & 7s machine at building.

James is very friendly and kind. His apartment is very cosy and has almost everything. I felt like I’m home all the time. The common areas especially the gym and the swimming pool are very nice. The location is very convenient for walking to the shopping center. Would love to come back again. Lastly, James is very flexible about the check out time.

I had really good experiences here. Staffs are kind and friendly 🥰 I came here alone, but I never felt lonely. I’m sure I will come and stay here again. This was a very nice apartment very central in Khon Kaen, neat and tidy with a great view from the 36th floor. So we can safely recommend this apartment to others, and we thank you for a great stay.

The room as well as the other we booked where beautiful and clean. The view is nice, especially when it gets dark. Ploywarat is super nice and was always reachable for our questions.

1. Convenient location (7-11 convenience store if you leave the complex, there is a Lotus supermarket. There were a lot of restaurants and a lot of students, so the price was shockingly cheap. There is also a Korean restaurant across the street.) 2. The people were very kind and kind. (Everyone I met was really polite and lovely) 3. Detailed instructions from the host (I was able to prepare without worrying because they delivered the information in advance) 4. Comfortable and clean house condition (all amenities were prepared. Even laundry detergent and softener)
