We have created a massive 100 m2 of Balinese style comfort set on over 2000m2 of Natural Rainforest for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Clean & spacious 1 large bedroom with super comfortable queen bed and lounge. Wake to the sound of whip birds, watch water dragons and abundant birdlife from the elevated deck overlooking a beautiful creek. The retreat is fully self contained. Full kitchen facilities. Reverse cycle air conditioned with ceiling fans. Covered off street parking is available.

Wi Fi, family friendly, pet friendly and just a short walk to the sand and surf of Marcoola beach, local newsagent, yoga den, cafes and Marcoola Surf Club. Flooded with natural light and decorated with shabby-chic beach theme. Relax in the open plan living area, covered outdoor alfresco area, or rear wooden deck with large Hampton style deck chairs. The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Right in the heart of the new cbd, 8 min walk to Maroochydore Beach, 5 min walk to Cotton Tree + 5 min walk to the Sunshine Plaza and Ocean Street eateries. Sleeping 6 people. Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your holiday.

The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
