Rustic, Rural, Relaxing Casa in heart of Tsoveca

Take it easy here. This is simple living at it's best. Relax on the patio and listen to the birds. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. No wi-fi (use your cell phone with local data), no TV. 500 steps to the lagoon. Safe, comfortable with all the home trimmings but rustic. Certainly not five star but by design. We have kept the original bricks and deliberately did not plaster them to keep the house rustic. Unsymmetrical paint too. 4 x 4 required for easy access to property from Bilene.

The open planned, sitting room and kitchen area, surrounded by glass windows, cre ate a unique atmosphere, inviting the stunning scenery outside, in. Either enjoy your lunch on the seafacing patio next to the pool or under the bougainvillea covered pagoda, el fresco style. Or, simply relax with a book overlooking the ocean. A perfect getaway!

House nr 5 at Xai Xai Exo Estate is called House Hineni. It was bought with a vision to provide a peaceful, spacious house as resting and restoration home away from home. Hineni means Here Am I, send me! Hineni is a beach house with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Walking distance from the beach and close to many restaurants and other areas to explore. We also own house nr 3 with the name: Hosannah. You are welcome to stay at any of these two beautiful homes.

Cloud 9 cottage, No 9 Mar Azul. A best kept secret

Malangane cottage was originally a fiserman's cottage. The lodge is situated in Ponte Malangane in Southern Mozambique, just 45 minutes from the South African Cozy Bay border. 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have king & singles pushed together to make king beds, and 1 which has 4 single beds, there is a lounge, kitchen, scullery, an upstairs storage area and another bedroom for the children large outside deck with a pool and stunning views. Our cottage is a well kept secret.

Sleeps 2 to 4 people: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. One bedroom equipped with a Double Bed. Shower, basin and toilet. 2 Single Beds in the lounge area. It is mostly a Sand\Beach Road. To get to the Resort it is important to Note that a Sedan or Low Ground Clearance Vehicle is not suitable. You would need an High Road Clearance Vehicle, SUV, Bakkie, 4X4 or 2X4.

Our place is 50 meters from Massala Beach Resort right in front of Ujembe lagoon its perfect if you are looking for a peaceful time with your loved ones. You can engage in various activities on site and in the surrounding area, like boat trip to Nghunghwa for Lodge, 10 minute drive to the Villa where you may find restaurants ,stores traditional artwork and clothing.
