Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Close to the center, yet very quiet. There is a church nearby, but you can't hear anything from inside. It stops ringing at midnight. The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
