Vacation rentals in Mount Ushiro

Nice place to stay for family!!

I used it on a family trip with my parents, brother, and sister. There were 9 people from 3 generations, but there were 2 bedrooms and a Japanese-style room, so we could use it spaciously. The living and dining area is divided into half tatami and half wooden flooring (there is also a pellet stove in the tatami area!)It was very easy to use even though the snow tends to get your feet wet, and the tables were set at the same height, so it was convenient when eating. Also, the water area and bedding were very clean and pleasant. The pizza shop and fresh fish shop introduced at check-in were both very delicious and recommended!

Jikyo’s place felt very homely and it is the perfect spot if you want to experience the countryside of kyoto. He was also willing to go out of the way to accommodate us by picking us up from the train station personally!

I stayed there for 5 weeks where the hosts were always very helpful all the time. Their hospitality was really nice, as they quite often asked me if there was any difficulty or uncomfortable situation to overcome, even though almost everything was perfectly good enough. Atool always tried to provide good services, and Kazuyo san also was super supporting to me with her friendly smile. If I have another opportunity to stay Kobe area in future, I will come back to them.

Super clean, nice location, great for big groups, a good combination of traditional and modern house with total 5 separate spacious rooms.

The room was nice and tidy, had most of the pots and stoves provided, with a large cold box.The bathroom was nice and the level of cleanliness was satisfactory, and basic grooming supplies and toothpaste toothbrushes were also provided.A small amount of insects can't be avoided, it is close to a natural environment and a sandy beach after all.The neighborhood is a peaceful subdivision so need to keep quiet in the evenings, but basic soundproofing is still good.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with 7 men.I was a little anxious about traveling by boat, but I was picked up by car from Koshima's boat terminal to tomorrow's M, and I was able to check in smoothly.After tomorrow's M, I had a BBQ and sauna, and there was plenty of amenities, so I enjoyed it for 3 days on the remote island.I'd love to come back again.

It was a very nice island, the first sunrise, and the starry sky was very clean. The staff was also kind throughout, and I really appreciated it.😌 I'd love to go again around summer♪

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~
