The house is perfectly equated with electricity, gas, heating system both for water and home, satellite led TV, washing machine, fridge, and all what needed a great vacation. This place is peace of heaven, it has wonderfully clean air, amazing garden.

I was surprised to find this house even better than it looked in the photos. The house was big and very well maintained. It was impressive how spotlessly clean it was kept. The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive. Communication was very smooth throughout my whole stay. I would definitely want to come back, and would for sure recommend this place to anyone travelling to Quba

First off, a big thank you to our host! Babek was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to answer our questions and ready to help with anything we needed. The house was beautifully designed—I absolutely loved it! It had everything we could possibly need, from appliances to kitchenware. And the pool? The water was just the right temperature, making our stay even more enjoyable!

The house is in great condition, but the path to the room has tall grass, and the host’s communication was poor. Heated floors were never mentioned or turned on, and extra charges were applied for wearing shoes indoors.
