In the town of Castelvecchio Calvisio (AQ), the house is comfortable and quiet, and strategically located for easy access to the Rocca di Calascio (10 minutes), the Medici Tower of Santo Stefano di Sessanio (15 minutes), Campo Imperatore (30 minutes), L'Aquila (30 minutes), the Adriatic Sea (60 minutes), and Rome (90 minutes). It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. Free parking is 20 meters away.

Lake view apartment completely renovated and equipped with every comfort located in the heart of the village of Castel Gandolfo a few steps from the papal residence and 45 minutes by train from the center of Rome. 1 double bedroom with lake view, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed (1 p.) TV and table. Kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, sink, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Lake-view terrace with table and chairs. Air conditioning. A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
