Would highly recommend for a group of friends or family host was responsive and helped out in any request we had we enjoyed our stay and would be planning to go there soon

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

We had a great stay and Janith's Airbnb. Really good communication, and care taker was around if we needed any help with anything. Perfect for a group stay. Was clean, tidy. Pool was exactly what you needed with the heat and lit up in the evening so you could still enjoy it at night time. Would recommend... looking Forward to coming back :)

Anouk and Sunil’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. Both of them are extremely helpful and private and respect your space too. The house is done up beautifully and is safe and secure. We loved the place and will come back again for sure!

We loved our stay in Kotte at this beautiful house. After staying in B&Bs throughout Sri Lanka that were always missing something, it was so nice to stay in a lived in home. The place is wonderfully architected and situated in a quiet part of town, which was a welcome break from the usual sounds of tuk tuks in Colombo. We highly recommend staying here if you'd like a little piece and quiet in a patch of greenery just a little bit outside the main city.

We stayed at Hemashanthi Latha’s villa for two days, and from the very first moment, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the aunt who took care of us. Initially, we were a bit confused about the location, but she kindly came all the way to the main road to pick us up. She welcomed us with tea and water bottles, which was a thoughtful gesture after our travel. The villa itself was even better than we expected—comfortable, clean, and truly gave us the feeling of being in a cozy, local Sri Lankan home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Sri Lanka.

Chinthake was super responsive and always really helpful. He was extremely accommodating and I had lots of little requests. The place felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeper - Thilakaratne was super friendly and helpful too. Gotta give it to him and Chinthake for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely stay next year as well 😊

Second time staying here coz it’s the best place in Colombo. Feels like home, fully equipped kitchen. No traffic noise and just peaceful, but still so close to everything 10mins walk away

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Very comfortable. Noise from construction in the area. A problem during the day not at night. Barking dog in the neighbourhood. Seemed to stop late at night. High vehicular traffic.

What a gem of an Airbnb! Roshan's newly built house truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean it was. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms are wonderfully cozy – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the main road, which meant restaurants and shops were just a stone's throw away. Roshan is an absolute delight as a host; his responsiveness and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. He continuously checked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. We can't wait to visit again!

We had to visit our mum in the retirement home around 500m from this beautiful modern house. Thus this location provided flexibility to spend much time with mum during the day. Kumar was efficient in handing over the keys and directing us to find transport, new restaurants etc. It was easy to communicate with Uthpala about our late arrival and find ways to recieve keys. The neighbourhood was quiet in the late hours which allowed us to rest well. The house was clean and spacious. I loved all 3 toilets/bathrooms specially because it was clean and carried all basic aminities. Good wifi allowed us to work remotely. Check out was easy as well and Uthpala provided clear instructions to leave keys. I will book this place again when I visit with my teenage son.

I was there with my mum who is a wheelchair user, and had a very comfortable stay. Every room has en-suit which was provided easy access. We were given all the required items, such as water and toiletries, was beneficial at the start of our stay. Keels Supermarket was within I km and the eating outlets. The entire house accommodated with AC, which was very helpful to avoid the humid in Srilanka. Nearby walking path helped me to keep my daily steps. All the kitchen appliances were provided as listed and made our lives easier to cook and warm food whenever we needed. Although Dhammi was available we rang her twice and the matters were sorted instantly. Tamara was very flexible with early check-in and out. I am glad that I found Tamara's place and highly recommend this place. I gave 5* for her accommodation. Thank you Tamara & Dhammi.

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. We wish we found this place earlier and will very happily recommend it to our friends and stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kaushi, for an unforgettable stay!

This Airbnb was lovely and very quiet. However, the only issue was co-ordinating to get the hot water switched on. But we'd definitely stay here again! The area is very peaceful and close to the ocean. Gajanan and his mother were very kind and helpful during our stay 😊🫶

The location is ideal, with a variety of restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and great dining options. Where to start, absolutely wonderful stay at Dakshitha and Priyanka's beautiful home. The natural light was incredible in every room, the home being bookended by lush green jungley gardens and floor to ceiling windows also a highlight, large spacious rooms with tunnels of light in each, a large open kitchen and dining space. Beautiful rooftop terrace where there is always a breeze and afternoon sunset, with classy touches at every glance. My small family and I had a fantastic stay, felt very secure and private although it is in a busy area with lots of great amenities a small walk away. Keels, Food City, Sri Vahar, Kandy Department Store etc. and only 5 minutes into Havelock Mall. We are sad to leave but couldn't recomend more also our communication with Dakshitha and Priyanka was professional and quick at all times. We will be back soon
