Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Stunning holiday house with views over town and Princess Royal Harbour. 2 mins walk from the city center and the Albany Visitors Center. Walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. We have 3 Queen rooms, 1 with a private ensuite. All rooms are tastefully appointed with lovely furnishings. We have a bunk room for the kids that sleeps 6 with their own adjoining lounge room. The space is in the heart of town but has a secluded, quiet and tranquil feel. We've been listed as one of the best places to stay in Albany by the 'Perth is Ok' website. The house is light, open plan and surrounded by lush courtyard gardens. There is a spacious deck with couches to enjoy warm afternoons in the garden, a large well equipped kitchen and a deep luxurious bath to soak in after a busy day of sight seeing. Great place if you're wanting to be close to the main town beaches (which you will) and a lovely bush walk opposite. Cold in parts of the house, so bring a jumper if you're planning on staying in the colder months. House was everything you need. Simple but comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked which is always a bonus!

We stayed three nights in this really lovely home. It was just my husband and I but could easily have had a large family or two more couples stay. The house had all we needed and was spotlessly clean. The view from the lounge and main bedroom was beautiful. It was a quiet street and the access to town was easy. It was lovely to come back to the house after a full day of investigating the area and what Albany has to offer.

It was the perfect place for our little family with two boys. After our outings, we’d return to rest or play on the beautiful lawn. Alpacas next door were fun to watch. Doreen was welcoming and responsive. We had a lovely time.
