Due to severe allergies that my spouse has, we are UNABLE to host any animals on our property as we share a central AC/heating. Furnished basement STUDIO- cozy, comfortable, and luxurious place- historic neighborhood with peace. Private laundry in the unit-kitchenette, Hi-speed Internet - free parking on street 3/4 min walking to MBTA bus lines 71,74and 75 20 -/+ mins walking to Harvard Square Walking dist to Hospitals, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, Fresh Pond Lake and Mount A. Large sunny room with lovely sitting area.

A beautiful, spacious, and sunny bedroom with a sitting area equipped with coffee maker, electric kettle, and small fridge at a single-family house with porches and a nice yard, right on the 71 bus line, 15 minutes from Harvard Square. Gretchen prepares homemade granola and freshly baked cookies. Fridge stocked with yogurts and beverages. We have a home filtration system providing clean water at every tap. We have 2 friendly cats. Second bedroom with double bed available for larger parties.

Private room, shared bath. The immaculate Interior of this classic craftsman has been lovingly restored. Bus stops are short walk. Bus is 15 mins. to Harvard Sq. Natural ponds nearby. NOTE: House Exterior is old, not yet restored. Fresh flowers, soft towels, high thread-count damask sheets. Simple breakfast: cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Use of microwave & toaster. No oven/stove use. Note: It's 25 stairs to my front door +14 stairs to 2nd floor bedroom. No Pets, No Smoking.

The room has two windows with blinds and blackout curtains, oak wood floor, window AC in the summer, two bed end tables, two lamps with USB charge ports, walk-in closet with a laundry basket, a table with with two chairs, a mirror, and a tower fan that can make white noise. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other second floor bedroom and a ground level room, which are also rented through AirBnb.

Our address is 42 Brooksdale road Brighton MA 02135. The room is with shared one kitchen and three bathrooms. Easy access to Mass pike/128. Free parkings. From our house to Downtown Boston is about 15 minutes drive. Near Harvard university, Boston college, Fenway. Bus 64 station is 5 minutes away from our house to center square/MIT. Bus 57 is about 15 minutes walk distance to kenmore square/Coply. Bus 86 station is also 15 minutes walk distance to Harvard university.

Lovely bedroom and full private bath in my home on quiet residential street, cozy, private, lots of natural light, or block the light with shades. Super comfortable bed. You may use the kitchen and dining area. Shops and restaurants nearby. 5 to 10-minute walk to Porter Square subway station, 20-minute walk or 5-minute subway ride to Harvard Square. Bluebikes bike share station 1-minute walk away. I ask that guests be fully vaccinated against COVID. Thank you.
