Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Before your arrival, the beds are made up according to the number of guests. Welcome to Rosenlundsstugan - modern cottage accommodation in a family environment!

Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. Nearby there is a stone industry that is in use.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Located surrounded by nice nature and good walking paths. Please note that you bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows and duvets are of course provided.

We welcome you to the farm Stockeryd, which is beautifully located surrounded by fields and deciduous forest. From the house, you can see the beautiful view of the lake. Relax in the peace and quiet, enjoy the starry sky and birdsong and pet the cute pigs. Maybe you want to sit and talk by a campfire or explore the surroundings on an adventure by rowboat, bicycle or on foot. We hope you will share our love for the farm, animals and nature. A cottage in the middle of the forest near Högsjö

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

White guest house in Sya

The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.
