Here you live 280 meters from our "local pub" Mallboden, the town's coziest café where you can enjoy everything from waffles to wine, troubadours and quiz evenings. If you want to rent a kayak or paddleboard, Linda has a rental 200 meters from the accommodation. Proximity to grocery stores, pizzerias and 5 km to the Nordic region's largest lake swimming area, Varamon.

The magazine in Granby

Warm welcome to our cozy Magasin from the late 1800s. The house has recently been renovated in the old style and decorated with items from the past. With us, you get the feeling of staying a little on the country side but still with proximity to Vadstena's cozy pedestrian streets, Omberg's beautiful nature or a nice swim in fresh Vättern. In the Magasinet's garden, we have our sweet chickens, which we check on a couple of times a day. A flock of sheep is in the meadow outside & we are in the residential house on the other side of the hedge.

With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. A couple of minutes' walk from the harbor, train station and city center in one direction and the cultural area Gamla Motala workshop with the event room Lokverkstan in the other direction.
