A truly unique unique view over the sky mountain lake Christmas lake, against the backdrop of the most beautiful hilly landscape. From the apartment's own tarasse you can follow the life of the lake in a multitude of different birds, and everything from kayaks to regular boats. Most beautiful hikes, MTB tracks, fishing water, etc. From the cozy mountain town of Laven, the train runs in a short time to Ry, Silkeborg, Sejs, Aarhus , the station is only 400m from the apartment. There is no internal staircase between the floors, and there is a private entrance to the apartment.

Gudenå The Annex

Relax with your family in this peaceful home close to Gudenåen. We are a family of two adults, and our 3 children, ages 2-8, renting out our extra guest house/annexe in the garden. You will come inside our private garden, and during your stay with us, will share the garden with us as a common area. There is also the possibility that you can be a little more yourself, as you will have your own terrace attached to the annex. Of course, we respect if you want it more private, but playful children in the garden may occur.😊

Cozy Annex in the middle of lovely Ry

Small annex located in the garden. There is a bathroom, a loft and living room with a small kitchenette. The kitchen includes hot plates and combination oven, as well as a coffee maker. Hemsen has a great view, especially in the evening where beautiful sunsets and stars can be seen. There are 2 mattresses on the loft, and the possibility of a third. There is a sofa bed in the living room where two people can sleep. It is possible to borrow an air mattress and travel bed, just write. Note, there is NO wifi coverage.

Guest House in old village school

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Small cozy apartment with private entrance located on the ground floor of a nice cottage in the 1st row to Mossø. The apartment has a double bedroom, a kitchen/living room with a small sofa bed, a dining area and all amenities for light cooking, as well as a private bathroom with shower. There is a covered terrace and from natural grounds/beautiful access to the lake along stairs. Peaceful area in the middle of nature with a short distance to the center and East Jutland sights.

Breathtaking beach house

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Annex with two spacious rooms + bathroom located separately on the property. Both rooms are rented together. One room is equipped with a large and good double bed. In the second room there is a small table, two chairs and a sofa. There is an electric kettle, a small fridge, nescafe, mugs, plates and cutlery available. There are no additional kitchen facilities in the apartment.
