Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Located at the end of our garden, with warm sun-filled interiors and a private garden outlook. We live at the front of the property, and are generally available to provide any advice or assistance required. The house is very quiet and private, but is located close to parks, Mosman shopping village and bus stops with regular services to the city, Mosman ferry wharf, Taronga Zoo and Balmoral Beach. These last three are also located within a comfortable walking distance, of 10 - 20 minutes.
