What can I say that has not already been said? The quality of this apartment is in every way perfect. Thank you, thank you to the owners for putting so much perfection and attention to detail in their apartment made available for rent. This apartment can be summarized simply by the famous slogan "Deutsche Qualität". We are delighted and highly recommend this listing.

It’s a beautiful property at the end of street, very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed one night so not able to really enjoy the area but being dog friendly is a huge plus as the area had some great areas to walk the dogs. Carsten was always available to answer any questions and solved the issue with the key pad entry very quickly. Definitely a place I highly recommend.

The city is great for staying and exploring nearby places. It’s also possible to go to France, for example. The apartment is great, it has a garage, markets nearby, it’s very clean, and has a fridge, washing machine, etc. I recommend this place!

The house is beautiful, the furnishings are overall perfect and high quality, very nice, likeable landlords. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back!!!

This is the SUPERB location, walkable to everything we could think of reaching to in Karlsruhe, from ZKM on one end to the Schloss on the other, with all the downtown's restaurants and Nature Museum on that way. A local grocery store literally on the same block, all other services within 2 blocks. You can jump on a tramway to get anywhere in the city within a blink of an eye. And yet - silent at night, we slept through even when we didn't need to. A great, I would even say, strategic location. And plenty of space too!

We had a lovely weekend at Carole's. She is very responsive and available. The accommodation is as advertised, very nice and clean. We will come back without hesitation! Clémence

It's always nice to spend a few days at Josiane and Guy's: a real little cocoon in a haven of peace. This place allows you to completely disconnect from everyday life while having the opportunity to work if needed as there is a superb workspace and very good wifi. The small terrace in the sun is very nice. We also don't count the innumerable amount of utensils, appliances, etc ... very useful for everyday living. And finally it's an apartment so well arranged and convenient that you immediately feel at home there, with everything on hand and no lost space. What to say about the bed so comfortable that you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud and you don't want to get out in the morning. A bathroom with everything you need inside so well thought out that you can prepare with peace of mind, like at home, or even better. I recommend +++ and will be back a 3rd time with great pleasure as the stay is pleasant.

Charming house, clear and comfortable. It is well proportioned, very well-equipped and offers all the comforts you need. Bergheim is an ideal resort for visiting the region, touring the (many) cellars, strolling through the forest, in the vineyards or in tourist sites. A very nice Alsatian bubble, enhanced by the exemplary hospitality of the owners. We will come back without a doubt. Thank you for everything

We stayed for one night. I like the place and also the location in general. Everything was squeaky clean (and we did hoover and clean kitchen and living room before leaving and brought out trash from all waste-paper baskets as required). It is spacey and well lit, two storeys (with sleeping quarters upstairs). High ceilings and a huge fireplace are a plus. There are only three minor quirks: The place is right opposite to a train station. In the morning, from 5am trains hollered several times before passing. You don't need an alarm clock, given you want to be awake at 5am. The other thing is a 70€ cleaning fee regardless of the duration of the stay and the number of people. We were only two persons, staying only one night (and quite cleanly, leaving everything as nice as we found it). We would have loved to use the furnace, but this is restricted to Henk's burning material and we got no answer on pour request to buy some from him. We loved our stay in this lovely and spacious apartment. Luxurious and tastefully furnished. It is located above a bakery. That means there are some noises from early on and that you are literally just a door away from delicious fresh bread. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

The stay was great and everything was nice and clean a nice place to stay! Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay! The accommodation is clean, pleasant and perfectly matches the photos, so no unpleasant surprises. Everything was ready when we arrived. Small plus to consider: adding a 5th blanket and a 5th pillow would be great for perfect comfort when there are 5 of you. Thank you again for hosting us!
