It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption due to solar cells and good insulation. Heating is provided by a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long vacation, where you have the opportunity to be mindful of relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

Our home is in beautiful Thy between two forests and 300 meters from Limfjorden. The view of the fjord can be enjoyed from the house and garden. We live right where the song "Nak og Æd" (Eat and Eat) about a sea trout in Thy was recorded. We have a nice large garden with a sea trampoline and sandpit. It is an old house with crooked walls and outside there are weeds and "wild on purpose", we like it to be a little rustic. Of course, the house is clean and tidy.😊

Bright, simple and house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area.
