I loved the stay, Patrícia is an excellent hostess, super requests! The apartment is perfect for one person, cozy, I imagine that for a couple will also be great. What has cooking utensils is for a short stay, as I stayed three months I took my things. Stairway access is a bit steep, it can be tricky for the elderly. The neighborhood is totally residential, safe and quiet, my car was left on the street without any problems, i-maradinho that has underneath is a hand in the wheel, in time of a need. The only one that can be inconvenient, for some people, would be the noise of neighboring dogs. The location is in the region of the ecological reserve, which for me, which I like more deserted and paradisiacal beaches was a dream, natural lagoons and beautiful beach, the beach that leads to the street is of strong sea and has a kiosk, the look is beautiful! Rio das Ostrase surprised me, clean, organized, with very beautiful beaches and nature. Township who is staying will definitely love it.

I had an excellent stay. I loved it and for sure when I return to Rio das Ostras I'll stay again. The house is close to the beach, markets, bakery and close to the main road if you need to use public transport. The reception was great, Claudia is a sweetheart in person, I recommend it.

The flat is exactly like the photos and description. The staff of the building were very polite and the location is excellent! We had a mishap with the microwave socket but Leonardo triggered a person to help us and everything went well! The garage is very tight (our car is big) but we leave in the street in front of the building without problems, the neighborhood is very quiet, residential and full of cameras. We appreciate the receptivity of Leonardo who has always kept in touch so that our stay would be the best possible!

We went as a family and the house accommodated everyone. We had an unforeseen issue with the water, but Carol quickly resolved it. The house is great and has plenty of utensils. The part that bothered us a little, and it may have been my fault for not reading the description correctly, is that the house has three floors and the last part was occupied. The residents were looking a lot on the first day, maybe out of curiosity, but after that it was super quiet. The house is just like the pictures and is absolutely worth it. The place is very quiet and the owner is very attentive and helpful.

The stay was great! Gisela and Angelica are super attentive. I had excellent communication with both of them. They were super flexible both at check-in and at checkout. The house is super cozy, just like the ad, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The neighbors are super friendly and kind. My parents and I love the place and we are sure to come back more often!

First, I would like to point out how helpful and kind André was during our stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious as in the listing, everything clean and very organized. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. My family and I are already planning to return.

Great hostess who was always willing and quick to respond, the place is cozy and lived up to expectations. Only an untensilio was missing, but nothing to hinder the experience. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! We went as four couples to spend the Easter holiday and the house met our needs very well. The space is great, comfortable and well maintained, we managed to do a lot there! The location is also excellent, close to downtown Cantagalo, but at the same time super quiet. The neighborhood is peaceful, every day was quiet. We were greeted by Joel, who was super attentive and whenever we needed it, he would come over to help us. The two little dogs in the house are so cute, and we let them loose a little bit every day to play. It was a very good experience and we recommend it! Oh, and there's a lemon tree there, a lot to make juice! lol
