Completely renovated, the apartment is on the ground floor of a single-family residential building. It is independent of the rest of the building and has an entrance for exclusive use. The renovation and decoration were designed by an architect and interior designer, for comfort and convenience for guests. The neighborhood is known as a safe residential area, where it is possible to stay in a quiet environment and at the same time close, 2 km from the Pão de Açucar Cable Car Station and 4 km from Copacabana beach.

The loft is quiet, bright and airy. It is located on the Urca beach block, a short walk to Praia Vermelha and the Pão de Açúcar cable car. On the same sidewalk as the building, there is a supermarket, bakery and restaurants. A few meters away, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset at Mureta da Urca, on the edge of Guanabara Bay overlooking Christ the Redeemer. Ideal for 2 guests with comfort. Old building and very quiet. It has no elevator and guests must climb two flights of stairs.

Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

What an amazing stay! I loved every minute of this place and I would stay here permanently if I could. I am convinced I want to move to RJ! Urca specifically LOL! Thank you for everything! Jurema (the check in host) was awesome and so attentive! I’m gonna miss having a host like her while checking in to any other place in the future. She went above and beyond for us and even offered us free tickets to a Samba Night which we took advantage of and was so cool! Thank you for making us feel like we were at home and I’ll be sure to be back soon!
