Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

New and Modern Apartment. Close to the Subway

had a wonderful stay at André's Airbnb in the downtown area of Rio de janeiro! André was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The balcony is quite large, the air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable and the internet was really fast. Everything within the apartment is new as well as well as the entire building itself. The location was excellent as it was close to many attractions and local hotspots, which made exploring the area easy and quick. André was also very helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Rio and would love to stay here again in the future!

Better than expected. Clean, fragrant and well-maintained environment. All furniture, appliances and utensils are new and in excellent working condition. The location is safe and has a 24-hour entrance - all doormen are attentive and strict regarding the entrance and exit of the location, further reinforcing security. Lucas was very clear in all requests and was always patient and communicative. I would definitely stay again.

The best place to stay in the center of Rio. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, very comfortable and you feel at home because it has everything you need. The Wi-Fi is great and has helped me a lot. I went for work but I already want to go back to enjoy many tours because Vanisse cares about every detail, there are chairs and a cooler for those who want to stay on the beach, there is a wonderful view on the terrace, there is Netflix and I received a gift that won me over. I ❤️ will return a thousand times, thank you for the affection and care from start to finish.

Great location, close to Pedra do Sal, Largo São Francisco da Prainha, Praça Mauá, Rio Art Museum, Valongo Wharf and the entire Porto Maravilha area... The accommodation is impeccable and cozy, with privacy and everything clean and fragrant. Silvio was very attentive, communication with the host is great. Mrs. Francir, who welcomed us for check-in, is a sweetheart and was super attentive. The information shared both in the listing and by message by the host is clear and consistent.
