Our group of 12 had an amazing weekend at Alex’s. We felt right at home and were all so impressed with all the amenities like badminton, a football, games, fireplace, kitchen supplies, everything you could need and more! The place was very clean. Gorgeous location, we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Would love to come again!

I stayed here with my wife for the weekend away from the kids and it was nice to hear quiet lol. The fireplace is awesome and the house is very cozy to just relax. The house would be perfect for no more than 3 couples. The hot tub is a great touch and it really does feel like you’re just a cabin in the woods. We cant wait to return soon.

We had such a great time with ample space to relax and/or to play family activities! Scenic location! Also a great location to get to and from other destinations! ie Legoland, American Dream Mall etc. !!

My family of 7 (all adults) enjoyed our stay at Vinny’s beautiful home on the Delaware River. What a great location! The living-room was full of comfy seating and was spacious enough to spread out but also to socialize. Vinny allowed us to host a post-Thanksgiving brunch so we could enjoy some time with cousins in PA. We’re so grateful! This house was absolutely perfect for that, Christmas tree included! As others mentioned, be prepared to slow down and find the driveway when arriving. And yes, it’s a steep one, but you’ll make it. :-) Vinny was super friendly, quick to respond. Thanks, again!

This cabin is as lovely as the pictures promise. Me, my husband and our 40-pound travel pet, Bella-Moose, did more than enjoy our stay here — we were able to do some healing too. A few days before our visit while on I-70 in Ohio, we had a steer tire blowout on our 40 foot truck custom cab big truck. I was driving at the time, my husband was in bed and that event shook me like a rag doll. It shook us all. We put the truck in the shop for repair in Philadelphia and needed to find a place to rest and recuperate. Adam’s cabin was the ticket for many reasons. This entire space is incredibly inviting. The moment you walk in it feels restful. I really appreciated their thoughtful touches throughout this space. From the wood walls, wood floors, stone sinks/shower, to the soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms - no synthetic scents or cover-ups. Just a wonderful, well appointed, spacious cabin to relax and rest. Great Communication from staff. Gave great recommendation and the house was very cozy and clean. Many things to do nearby and I would recommend this for a party up to 10. I would definitely recommend this to friends and come back in the future for another hike!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time relaxing by the water in this beautiful cottage. The hosts were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole experience. Having a spotless space, well equipped with fun and function was the perfect base for a Poconos adventure. I highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area and we’ll be sure to book it again whenever we come back.

we were 9 people and had a comfortable, relaxing stay at RJ's place. We were looking for a cozy place in quiet area. The jacuzzi and kids games upstairs where great.

This is a beautiful piece of property. We saw deer & eagles while sitting in the hot tub overlooking the view. The community is really cool too, and I hope to be able to come back when the winter activities are going.

Melissa’s place is amazing. Such a great space - house, sauna, and hot tub impeccably clean, super comfy bed and above and beyond details that made our stay feel like a four star hotel but with all the comforts and privacy of a Poconos air bnb. The master bedroom (which does include a soaking tub w jets!) alone was worth it. We look forward for our next opportunity to stay at Melissa’s!

Only down fall which is a perk security little rude not the owners fault. How was great Kids loved it only issue I could say which I will book again and communicate better it the driveway. A lot of rain and it froze. So it was bad getting into driveway. Next time I’ll ask about putting salt down. I was hesitant because it’s not my property and some people don’t like that but besides that great communication clean appliances and everyone loved their area

A very easy place to stay: Nicely decorated, immaculate, TV loaded w/Apps, lotsa books, games, new appliances, comfortable beds and a shower like none I've ever experienced. We encountered an AC outlet problem to which Morgan (host) immediately responded with needed info for a quick fix. All this, including an easy transition both in and out, made for a very nice rental.

We'll kept place. Smaller touches for board games, chargers etc. make it feel right at home !

I stayed here with my 2 small children for a spontaneous getaway for kids spring break. As some may know traveling with kids especially solo is no easy task, It was so resfreshing how clear and QUICK Vinny responded . The house was so great loved the Hot tub . It was a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much Vinny!

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

This was a great getaway for a group of friends! Some specific callouts: - The open floorplan in the main room (kitchen / dining area / livingroom area) worked perfectly for people to simultaneously be on their laptops at the large dining table, or cooking a meal, or playing a game, while all still interacting - The pool table was an unexpected highlight! - Groceries and trails were a short drive away (~15 minutes) - The hot tub has a skylight right above it, and if you turn off all the lights in the room, you can see so many stars on a clear night

beautiful little place in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Greenwood Lake and Warwick. Julie was super responsive and very helpful! One thing to note - though the listing says up to seven people, it would definitely be a squeeze. me and my boyfriend stayed there with a friend and that was the perfect amount of people.

Had an outstanding time with or family (including our 2 doggies). David was a very gracious, informative and helpful host. Such a pleasure to meet and speak to him. Just what we were looking for when it came to our weekend getaway.

Nidhi’s place was gorgeous and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. Nidhi was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Clinton's amazing cabin was exactly what our family was looking for. Peaceful, scenic surroundings, while still being close to civilization. Excellently appointed interior with cozy bedrooms.

Rented this place last minute to spend a few days hiking local trails. It was bigger and cozier than it looks in the pictures, clean, thoughtfully stocked with first aid supplies, toothbrushes and toothpaste, clean towels, coffee and a fully functional kitchen. Shana provided a thorough list of instructions, local recommendations (detailed descriptions of trails, restaurants, etc.) and responded quickly. Hard to imagine a more perfect place to stay in the area.
