great place. nice view of the beach. about 50-100m from the shore, very nice. very enjoyable coffees and wines from the balcony. apartment was clean and comfortable

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

We had a great time at Carmela’s place! It was very clean, easy to access and was in a very convenient location. We would stay here again!

A fabulous apartment, we had a lovely stay. Perfect location, across the road from Portsea Hotel and the beautiful beach. Balcony is divine and great for a BBQ. A huge bonus to be able to bring our furry friend who also had an amazing time!

From the get go Leanne was wonderful to deal with. She was accommodating and really nice. Even got a sweet welcome gift. Her place was literally across the road from the beach and pier. You have beautiful views from the kitchen, living and balcony of the beach. Located close to everything, with restuarants and IGA a literal minute walk away. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again if coming to St Leonard's and recommend it here.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Lovely little apartment in a great location.

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

Such a beautiful house & amazing location! The house had everything we needed & was nice & clean with great amenities. The views were just gorgeous as the house was located right on the beach. We had easy access to the beach from the back yard. We were away for a girls trip but would love to come back with my family in the future as it's also very well set up for family groups too.

It was a lovely spot for a warm beach getaway with family. The hot tub/pool was incredible. We had a great time and excellent interactions with Tina. She was was quick to respond and supportive!

We had a lovely few days at this property, with the most amazing views from house and peaceful scenery with a great grass area at the front for kids. So private and quiet. Diana was so helpful and kindly gave us a late checkout very last minute so we could finish up a work call. She offered lots of information on local activities/places to visit before we arrived which was very helpful. The house is a little more rustic than what we originally thought from photos but still so lovely and everyone had a great time. Thanks Diana for the 5 star service 👍

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Ventnor home. It’s everything I dreamed of – waking up to the sea view, surrounded by open green fields, and just a short walk down the cliff to a quiet, clean beach. Perfect for both kids and parents to enjoy together. The house feels like a dream – spacious, cosy, and fully equipped with comfy rooms, a great kitchen, and a BBQ setup. Mike is a fantastic host – responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway for the family, this is the one!
