Really love the hospitality, cleanliness of the unit, peacefulness of the neighbourhood with plenty of stores of restaurants around. If I come back to Fujinomiya one day I will definitely pick this place again!

Very conveniently located! within walking distance of a conbini. Very close to a supermarket. It was so nice to have the extra rooms so each of my kids could have a room. Host was always quick to respond. It was so nice to have a big kitchen to work in and cook food in.

Loved staying here after the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo! Loved having ample space and especially the outdoors! The stunning view of Mt Fuji, it was cloudy but i can imagine how beautiful the view would be on a clear day! Thanks Yuta for being responsive and a great host!

This is a real gem. A stunning property that is packed with character and located in a stunning valley. The perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Dai and Sara were amazing hosts. Friendly and considerate and always happy to share relevant recommendations. Be sure not to miss Dai’s bamboo basket making workshop.

Surrounded by quiet nature, it was a very good place to refresh.The air and silence at night were especially impressive, and I was able to fully enjoy the starry sky for a short time. However, it is a little difficult to access because it is deep in the mountains.There are many narrow roads and curves, so you may need to be careful if you are not used to driving. Also, there are more insects because of the natural environment.When I opened the window, cicadas and bees came in, and I was a little busy dealing with them.If you don't like insects, I think it would be safer to bring insect repellent. The weather wasn't very good this time, so I thought it would be nice to have board games available to enjoy indoors. There were some things that concerned me, but I gave it 5 stars because I hope they will be fixed.This accommodation is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time in nature.

Host was very helpful and responsive. House was in tip top pristine condition and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. That being said, better to have a car as it is far away from attractions and restaurants. Also, note the sleeping area is at the loft and the ceiling height is around 4.5-5', might be a bit of a challenge for taller folks. Another thing worth mentioning is there is no dryer, nor clothes racks provided, though there is a laundromat 10-15mins walk away. We had a pleasant stay other than the points mentioned above.

Me and my wife stayed 3 Nights at Sanso‘s place, during our roadtrip to Japan. We loved the peaceful Environment, far away from all the Tourists. We felt right at Home and even though its a Little Bit outside of the Tourist area, there is plenty to explore with a rental car. Best thing was the view of blooming cherry blossum‘s from our balcony.

This was such a lovely, cute, and beautiful home. Check in and check out were super easy and Fumi was very responsive to all of our messages. We also appreciated all of the recommendations in the check-in guide and we had a delicious dinner at a local izakaya thanks to the recommendations. Thank you so much for a great stay!

This was my first time in Hamamatsu, but I had a very enjoyable stay. It was well equipped with darts and a poker table, and we had fun playing. It was very good.

A spacious bedroom is designed with traditional Japanese features. Tatami flooring is complemented by sliding shoji screens that allow natural light. A large futon is neatly arranged on the floor, with soft bedding layered over it, and a round paper lantern provides gentle illumination.
