The living area has an innerspring queen-sized sofa bed and a flat screen TV. This area is separated by solid barn doors to ensure private sleeping quarters. The living/dining offers informal seating and a small kitchen with appliances and a 2-burner induction cooking plate. The full laundry is located in the bathroom.

The Cozy Loft is located on the Montague River a very peaceful accommodations to sit back and relax or be a tourist. I am two kilometers from Montague,where their is a Sobey's and Superstore,two pubs (Copper Bottom and Bogside) ,hardware stores and restaurants etc. Montague has a beautiful waterfront and marina. The Confederation trail head is at the waterfront for walkers and cyclists. Brudenell golf course and Pammure Island beach is within twenty kilometers. Come and enjoy PEI!
