Family-friendly vacation rentals in Morecambe Bay

Had an excellent weekend away celebrating our mums 80th Birthday! Everything there for all the different age ranges from 15-80 year olds always something to do! Host was always at the end of a text for any assistance that was needed! The welcome basket was a lovely surprise! Will definitely recommend & use again. x

We absolutely love this place. Our second visit didn’t disappoint and we will definitely be back. Literally everything provided, host quick to answer queries, local co op for anything you don’t take, stunning scenery, lovely walks and a fabulous hot tub to end the day. Just perfect 👌

Fabulous place and location to spend a long birthday weekend!

The location was amazing and the views were spectacular. This home was exactly what it said on the tin. We were all blown away by it and had beautiful weather to make the most of the outdoor area. The only thing we did notice was that there wasn’t enough wine glasses & champagne flutes. Not ideal when there was 8 women so we had to use half pint glasses. We could have also done with more dishwasher tablets to last the stay. Apart from that it was perfect. Thank you.

A really special place to stay. We had three families and all really enjoyed our stay. We took the option of the caravan too; everything was spotless, well-equipped and very comfortable. Between us there were five kids and there was plenty of space for them to roam and explore. The hot tub and sauna were great too.

My friend and myself spent a couple of days at Little Nook for some peace and quiet. We absolutely loved the place. so pretty and relaxing. Everything we needed was on hand, including a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, spacious living area, and the hot tub was just wonderful! Sharon and Ralph were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

We had a great time at Canny Brow Barn. Everything you could possible think of or need for your stay, Ian and Anne-Marie had thought about, from a cocktail shaker to cleaning products to games. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with some friends to get together for a birthday. We loved the cozy games room and spent our evenings together watching movies all cozied up with blankets. The host was absolutely lovely and her dogs were super cute! It was the perfect quiet break that we needed to enjoy the company of your favourite people. Thank you so much!

I can’t recommend Will and Giles’ place enough. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The information sent prior to arrival was brilliant, the cottage was much bigger than we expected and it’s in an amazing location right by Coniston. The place was spotless and had some lovely touches. We will be back!

The kids LOVED all the sheep and cows in the fields and my friends were amazed by the beautiful surrounding views (having come up from East London!) Thanks so much. Ray and Sue were extremely responsive throughout, they met us and showed us around the apartment. They were very friendly and advised if we needed anything else we could reach out to them. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, loads if room, and we had very comfy beds. We had every item required in the kitchen, plus juice, milk and chocolate biscuits in the fridge which was a lovely gesture, plus tea, coffee, and sugar. Everything was to hand. We had a great stay, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and our hosts Ray and Sue were brilliant. Thank you so much. X

This is a delightful cottage. It is in such a peaceful location, great for getting away from it all. The rooms are all lovely and spacious, and the kitchen is well-appointed. That being said, we enjoyed some very pleasant meals in local pubs.

Zoe was great in communicating and the property is indeed a rare find. The garden was unique and our Labrador loved it.

Molly and Dean's s place was just perfect for my daughter and I - a beautiful, comfortable "home from home" place! We had everything we needed and the place was filled with lovely thoughtful items that we both really appreciated. The kitchen had all the necessities and the addition of tea/coffee/milk/bread/butter/jam/hot chocolate felt like a very lovely gesture. The location was just what I hoped for and we had a great time! We will definitely be back to the Hill View! Thank you very much, Molly and Dean!

This is a little gem in the middle of the countryside . Peace and tranquility is what you will get in a clean , tidy place . Hosts are incredibly hospitable and always on hand to help I would like to come back and stay here again

We stayed at Simon and Belinda's place for a week and it was exactly what we needed. Fantastic location for walks and food. The Wainwright's Inn is only 0.2 miles away. Great food and local ales on your doorstep. The cottage is cosy, the kitchen is well equipped and the information provided was very thorough and useful. There are some books in the house they have prepared to show various walks and local recommendations. We did some of these walks and our 5 year old enjoyed every second! We took advantage of the leisure facilities at The Langdale. This was a great addition to the cottage! Really recommend if you want a place near to town locations, walks and local pubs/cafés/restaurants.

Great lodge situated right at the top of the site, within 2 minutes of a small walk with panoramic views of the valleys. Bedding was super soft & so were the towels, comfy bed, great sleep. Beautiful surroundings to wake up to and sit outdoors with a coffee listening to the birds. Dog friendly! Comfortable sofa! Lots of utensils and plates.

Really enjoyed our stay, we were celebrating my Mother’s 90th birthday and had other family members staying in other lodges around the park. Beautiful scenery and great location. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

This place was beyond our expectations. Immaculately presented, super clean, tidy, jaw dropping views. I can't fault it in any way and I can't rate it highly enough. Will definately look to return in the future. Stunning!

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

I had an absolutely blissful stay at Johns place. It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many lovely animals, and the views from inside the hut are incredible. A very special spot.
