Have a pleasant stay in our comfortable and functional family home. In a quiet residential area, at the foot of Velocean, a 10-min walk to the charming town center and with all amenities, but also the pretty harbor and the first beaches. Enjoy the enclosed garden, terrace, and relax in the Jacuzzi. A bright living room, 2 separate toilets (ground floor and upstairs), a bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a beautiful shower room.

Nice renovated fisherman's house

Former fisherman's house completely renovated with taste just above the small typical port of Merrien. 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one on the ground floor, 2 other bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and 2 living areas: a dining room/kitchen and a living room/TV area upstairs. The fully enclosed garden guarantees privacy and reassures parents of young children. The coastal path is 1 min away, the large beaches are 13 min drive away.

House with great sea views

House with beautiful sea views and direct beach access. The house consists of a living room, kitchen, small bathroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the set. My children's toys are available for young tenants to use. Cleaning at guests' expense (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

SAINTE BARBE, WELCOME TO THE NICEST BEACH

In the small village of SAINTE BARBE, stone houses in this typical and famous spot, located in the midlle of dunes, the beach by foot or bicycle. My holiday house is calm, with a little sea view in the garden. Very close to PLOUHARNEL and CARNAC. Many ride in the dunes. You will feel like at home. House on the island of GROIX, it is close to the port, shops and beaches. 10 minutes from Port Tudy on foot, ideally located for visiting the island: On foot or by bike Dolce Gusto coffee maker available and Intermarché 50 meters from the house. Garden of about 150 m2 with sunbathing in the back of the house where you can enjoy the sun and the calm of the cul-de-sac. Option: Beds made on arrival: 15 euros per bed

Located less than 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Belmont (wild and unsupervised) and the wild coast by a pedestrian path protected from traffic, charming small private T3 duplex house of 38m2 on the ground facing South Southeast fully equipped for 5 people max (suitable for a family with children), in a quiet and pleasant residence, with a private parking space. Linens and towels are not provided

It will offer you beautiful services and will be perfectly suited to families who want to enjoy a relaxing stay while having many activities at their disposal ( golf, tennis, sailing, swimming, hiking...).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A very peaceful beach house on the Island of Arz in the Golfe du Morbihan. Fits 5 people, 2 double bedroom (140 cm & 160 cm ) and one single bed room. Very close to the beach, possibility of Windsurfing and Kytefoiling on the island on the beach of Brouhel.
