For smokers, we have a shared balcony on the floor of the house (Key in the apartment). The apartment is located in a house without an elevator, so it will not be possible without stairs :) If you arrive by train, it is ideal to get off at *Stodolní* station, from where the apartment is about 3 minutes on foot.
