Die Wohnung eignet sich bestens für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte, sie liegt ruhig im hinteren Bereich des Innenhofes des Gründerzeithauses in der Westbahnstrasse. Außergewöhnliches Wohnen für bis zu 2 Personen. Industrielles Flair von damals in Kombination mit modernem Interieur. Lichtkuppeln mit viel Licht von oben (abdunkelbar) und freie Sicht zum Himmel. Lebenswerte Lokalität, wohl einzigartig im Wiener 7. Bezirk!

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

This rooftop studio, measuring 46 m² is located in a quiet part of the building and is ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay. The skylights provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (compact but with everything you need), and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for one or two guests. Note: The apartment is not suitable for elderly guests due to narrow stairs.

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

My apartment has a breathtaking view, is only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city center and 5 minutes walk to Eurovea mall with a lot of restaurants, bar and shops only few meter far from river Danube. The apartment has one double bed and one sofa bed. It is full equipped with oven, fridge, big tv with netflix, kettle, wash maschine, iron, hairdryer, etc. There is 24h reception in the building.
