Excellent place, very cozy for a family vacation. The place is even better than what's shown in the photos. Super comfortable and the owner is super friendly; and he can help you with tours, very convenient if you go in a group, it is super convenient to go on tours with him as a private tour.

great place and peaceful

Iris's house isn't big, it's huge! The photos don't capture how large and open the space is. Nature constantly surrounds you and helps you relax. The pool is an ideal escape from the heat of Tarapoto. It is very close to shops and supermarkets and is quickly connected to transportation. We didn't have internet the first day due to external issues, but Iris really did her best and got us connected as soon as possible. I totally recommend the house and the hosting by Iris if you go to Tarapoto

I visited this incredible Airbnb with my family, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience! From the very beginning, communication was flawless—friendly, prompt, and so helpful. They guided us all the way to the property and welcomed us with such warmth that we instantly felt at home. The place itself is a peaceful haven—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can really tell that so much care and thought has gone into every single detail. Honestly, the photos don’t come close to capturing how stunning it is in real life! The staff were beyond wonderful—genuinely kind, attentive, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay feel truly special. We left feeling incredibly grateful and are already looking forward to coming back and spending even more time here. Thank you so much for everything—you made our trip unforgettable. I loved the place and my whole family also, very spacious, ventilated and with several common spaces. The backyard is very beautiful, has a pool, place to grill and share with family and friends. The hostess was very friendly, communicative and flexible also with our schedules! I would recommend it 100% and of course we will be back in the future!

From the beginning, Alberto communicated with us at all times to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He even sent someone to guide us to the property as we were arriving at night. The house has incredible views and is very comfortable and cozy. We look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended.

Not only the place is beautiful. clean and well located, but the host did everything to make our experience amazing. From the first moment his kindness, willingness and flexibility were evident. I adapt to our schedules, picked us up and took us to the airport, and was always attentive to any need. In addition, it works with third parties to organize tours and experiences, making sure everything was perfectly coordinated, which made our trip much more comfortable and worry-free. I liked the location

Me and two friends stayed for five nights at this place. A very nice and spaceous house in a beautiful location right near the forest. The host was very, very helpful and kind and made it that we extended our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

The accommodation was as shown in the images of the posting, the reception was cozy and they were attentive to our arrival who even waited for us with an appetizing dinner. we were very delighted as it is a place outside the city where the connection with nature feels, with no car noise. hosts. We lived in this Airbnb for the entire month and it was a good stay. The location is awesome, it's like 30min walk to the city. We loved jogging close to the river in the morning and having yoga in the maloka. The kitchen is super well equipped but there's no fridge. During the day the weather in Tarapoto is hot, so the river and the garden are a perfect place to rest from the heat. Carlos, which cares the place, is extremely accommodating and welcoming. We couldn't work much with the laptop as we hoped, as the Internet was irregular and there's no enough solar energy for recharge two laptops. Beside that, it's a lovely place to rent for short and mid terms! The hot shower was nice too.

My stay at Rafael's place was a happily successful combination of comfort and nature; all impeccable. Very good location with respect to the city. Rafael has been a great host and they had several details that added the feeling of being at home. Thank you.
