The holiday home "Up Besöök" was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward . The house is equipped with a smart home system , which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting. The " Wildrose " apartment is on the ground floor of the house and offers very high quality furnishings . The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV .When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace , which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight of the apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna . So you can warm up in your private wellness oasis after a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and one with two single beds (90x200) . Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobe and extra large duvets (155x220) . In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted frames offer the desired level of comfort .The bathroom in the Wildrose apartment has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail . A washer-dryer is also available in the apartment. A parking space is available for you free of charge directly at the house , and bicycles can also be safely parked and charged in a separate bicycle shed . The "Up Besöök" is located in the Krummhorn village of Upleward , from here it is only 2 km to the dry beach , there is a swimming area behind the dike and a nice playground for children. The well-kept vacation home is located at the end of a small settlement in a cul-de-sac and has about 200 square meters of living space. The kitchen offers you all the possibilities for self-catering and cooking together with the family. The spacious open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a shared breakfast and to spend cozy, comfortable evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area, even with an occupancy of 12 people. You will quickly feel at home here.

Ferienhaus " Ena's Huus "

Our cozy vacation home is located close to the center in a single-family residential area directly on the "Ostfriesland hiking trail". It has a big garden in a quiet south-facing location with two sitting areas, one of them covered. You can enjoy the sun and nature there and relax. In addition to tables, chairs, and umbrella, guests have two rolling loungers on their disposal. In the adjacent area, rabbits and chickens feel comfortable, which, if desired, also deliver the daily egg.

Paradise for kids & animals, E-charging possible

You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Upkammer

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

Cozy "Fehnhäuschen" in Störtebeker Land

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.
