Villa vacation rentals in Moorea-Maiao

We loved our stay. The place is situated in such a special spot. It’s close to the reef break so we’re able to see plenty of whales while still able to enjoy the beach and lagoon. The house is so well curated with local art and has such a special feel to it. It’s feels more like a home with all the beautiful artwork and small touches than a cold hotel with or typical air b&b which we really appreciated. We have been to Moorea several times and will return again and hope to stay here again. The pool and view are wonderful additions to the already spectacular property.

Un grand merci à Joselita pour son accueil 5 étoiles ! Petites couses, boissons et surtout beaucoup de gentillesse. La maison est incroyable par sa taille, son cadre, ses équipements. Côté propreté c’est du jamais vu en ce qui me concerne. Tout était propre de chez propre ! Bref une de nos meilleures expériences sur ce site. Mais n’y allez pas les yeux fermés car le cadre est splendide !

Très belle maison type Bali, piscine plaisante et accès à une plage privée agréable, super vue, calme. La maison est ouverte en beaucoup d'endroits donc elle subit quelques assauts de poussières, animaux, lézards mais c'est ce qui fait son charme (nous sommes dans la nature) Des plantes dans la douche, dans l'entrée, donnent un côté zen immédiatement. Excellent séjour, isolé et proche de la ville en même temps. Servitude familiale paisible.

Philippe and Sandy are exceptionally kind people and superlative hosts; they offer a very comfortable and well-equipped bungalow with a view you will remember long after you say goodbye. We arrived just at the hour of a spectacular sunset and were greeted and welcomed nearly as friends. Philippe and Sandy introduced the space, gave great recommendations, and offered warmth and generosity that made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We particularly loved the huge avocados from their tree and the fresh banana cake that we ate throughout our stay. The space is exactly as pictured in the listing, open to a vast expense of extraordinary mountainside, lagoon, and ocean and yet entirely private. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom (with great shower) and overhead fans to keep things cool. Nothing better than waking up to the sound of birds and the colors of the sunrise lighting up the morning sky. Unforgettable! 5/5 stay and 100% recommended to others. Merci, Philippe et Sandy!

Vaiana hat uns einen kostenlosen & flexiblen Check-in mitten in der Nacht ermöglicht. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, mit tollem Pool & toller Aussicht! Tolle Kommunikation mit Vaiana - ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! :-)

It is absolutely gorgeous accommodation in very quite and safe area. It is very close to bunch of good restaurants. Grocery store just across street. Villa itself is very spacious, with a big living space, outdoor space and deck. Bathrooms are big and well remodeled. Beds are comfortable. You can jump in the ocean right from the deck. Lagoon has shallow part, suitable for small kids, coral reef where you can snorkel and more deep area behind reef where you can paddle a kayak. Kitchen is relatively small, but sufficient and has everything you need to cook. Hosts are very friendly and easy going. Later check out was not a problem. We will definitely try to rent this palace again if we return on Moorea.

We loved staying at Roxanne’s house. The house is perfect for kids. The pool is great, and the town is cute - no tourists at all. Felt very local and authentic. It was very convenient to have a tv for the kids when they had too much sun shine. Only negative was the power that cut out. Wasn’t a big deal to us, but something to be aware of. The power couldn’t handle the AC and oven on at the same time, so we stopped cooking. Roxanne was however super helpful on this issue and sent a guy all the way from the other end of the island to help us. We had a great time at the house and would come back. We missed the cat Roulette a lot after leaving. He’s the cutest roommate and he was very nice to our 1 year old.

What an oasis! We loved staying at this beautiful place in the hills with views of Moorea. They were so helpful during our stay. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place to anyone! The infinity pool, terrace, views - all magical!

Wir haben als Reisegruppe 3 Tage in diesem zauberhaften Domizil verweilt um anschließend einen Segeltörn zu den wunderschönen Inseln von französisch Polynesien anzutreten. Wir sind über San Francisco von Deutschland angereist und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die Lage des Objekts lädt regelrecht zu längeren Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden gerne diese tolle Unterkunft weiterempfehlen 👌🏻.

This was our fourth stay in the French Polynesian islands and our favorite by far. The house was beautiful, well maintained, and had an incredible relaxing vibe to it. We brought so many things to do but ended up snorkeling, relaxing in the pool (a must have with the heat,) stargazing and just relaxing. There were 6 of us and at no point did we feel closed in. The rooms stayed cool with the ac. And we’re very private btw. We were worried about mosquitos but ended up only seeing a few ( must be hit or miss). Lots of ok restaurants and good shopping nearby. Just an incredible location right on the water. We had all our questions and issues taken care of immediately. Can’t say enough about how incredibly peaceful and tranquil the grounds are. He double kayak and bikes were an added bonus. Will return in the future.

This is a fantastic house for families. The pool and games room will keep the kids (and adults) entertained for hours. Villa has a beautiful view and has a kind breeze. You won’t be disappointed. I have added this property to my favorites in Tahiti and would definitely recommend. Many thanks Christophe and his team 🙏

Logement les pieds dans l’eau, exceptionnel par son emplacement et les équipements proposés. Conforme aux photos et à la description de l’hôte, ce logement est parfait pour une famille nombreuse. Accueil très agréable et communication aisée, je recommande vivement ce logement.

Belle villa très bien équipée pour deux familles, bien placée pour profiter de Moorea pour quelques jours. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps !

Beautiful villa looking over serene treetops and ocean. Perfect home base for a week of fun and relaxation. Enere and his family took care of our needs graciously from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Villa Ohana. The home is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures. It was the perfect size for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, and could accommodate a few more without feeling too cramped. We didn't use the upstairs bedroom because we didn't need the space and we all preferred to have the A/C in the three downstairs bedrooms. We had never been to Moorea before this trip, but the location is ideal. There is a large grocery store just down the road at the outlet into Cook's Bay, and Allo Pizza is almost directly across the street and has great pizza and is perfect for a casual dinner or two. Most of the attractions and snorkeling are all on the North side of the island so it is ideally situated. The outdoor space, beach, and thatched roof gazebo are stunning. If you swim out to the channel about 50 yards from the beach, there is pretty decent snorkeling too. If I am fortunate enough to return to Moorea, I will try to stay here again.

Enjoy Villa was exactly as described. The villa was beautifully maintained and the pictures are spot on. The villa was walkable to the local market and a few restaurants. We were also just a 3 minute walk to a rental car place that we used to take a ride around the island. If you're looking for a beautiful villa right next to the water and walking distance to everything you need and want this is the place for you.

We loved our stay at Karine and Steve’s place. Karine was very helpful with check in and extremely responsive and friendly. We felt at home with their neighboring families, and friendly pups that greeted us each day. Steve was extremely helpful to us, taught us lots about the island, took us to the store and the ferry and brought us fresh fruit from the family plantation every day. He is a new friend for us and we enjoyed visiting with him. We felt safe and never worried about locking up because everyone around the house looked after things. The backyard by the pool is spacious for lounging, beautiful, quiet and private. There are lots of roosters around that crow early but you get used to it and we had our bedroom door closed with the fan while sleeping so it did not bother us at all. There are quite a few shops and restaurants close by that you can walk to, but I also recommend getting a car and touring the whole island. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

We had an amazing time at Yann's place. It's well worth the road up Mahinarama - as my dad commented: "we are in paradise!". The house is very spacious and could accommodate a large group without a problem. It was just the four of us and we felt like royalty in this beautiful villa. You can tell this house was lived in and loved well before it became a rental. The kitchen is super functional and has everything you need to cook a great meal. The bedrooms are very comfortable. There's a game room that the kids (and adults, too) loved. The pool is the cherry on the (already amazing) cake. And the view over the Pacific is breathtaking. We are glad we stayed in this little piece of paradise. Mauruuru roa, Yann!

What a beautiful place Connie had! They welcomed us with fresh fruits from their garden and banana bread (it’s fantastic!!). You definitely need a car since you are going up to the hill 2.5km even after the gate. What a beautiful, curvy road to get up high! We were worry about not having A/C but this place was high enough that nice ocean breeze coming thru. We opened up the window all day long and felt really nice. You will def enjoy the amazing view and sunset!! It was breathtaking!!! Connie was such an amazing host, she was accommodating every requests we had (She allowed later check out since we had 9pm flight) and very responsive! We can’t wait to come back to this airbnb!!

Wow. This place was amazing. First of all, Emmanuel and Lydia are very nice hosts who really add a personal touch. From Emmanuel meeting us at the airport, to stocking the fridge, Lydia coming by to say goodbye to us, they are really top level hosts. Now the pictures showed a great view, but as we found when we tried to share images with our friends and family, pictures and video don't do justice to how that amazing hilltop view creates such ambiance and sets the tone for the whole stay in Tahiti. We left and went to Four Seasons Bora Bora, and I'd have to say this Airbnb made a stronger impression on us in terms of the panoramic landscape. I don't know about other accommodations in Tahiti, but we've been all over the world and this right up there with the great places, and we're so glad we stayed here.

My family of four stayed here with two very young kids over a weekend. We loved this house, the pool, amenities and the view. Felt very peaceful here, the design reminds us a lot of Bali, and furnishing and design materials are well crafted with local wood. We would love to have a house just like this one day.

Sandrine’s place is absolutely stunning and immaculate. We had an incredible stay!

I would 100% recommend this stay up in the beautiful hills of Tahiti , great view of the Moorea lagoon very peaceful the host was always on time whenever in need!
