The Treehouse -Wood fire, complimentary kayaks

Relax and be touched by nature at the Treehouse - this retro style Beachhouse includes bed linen and complimentary kayaks. An easy walk 100 metres to the Guilderton dog beach. Enjoy a beverage (tea & coffee included) on the large deck which extends from the the lounge surrounded by eucalyptus trees. The Hula Shack is a relaxed and cosy holiday house with a subtle Hawaiian theme. Evoking the casual beach shack vibe of a bygone era. A compact modern kitchen and stylish contemporary bathroom provide a high level of guest comfort. Free unlimited wifi, 55" tv and comfy sofa. Hula shack is close to everything. Guests have exclusive use of the large garden with lawns and shady trees. Enjoy the hot/cold private outdoor shower amongst greenery. **Small Pets may be possible by prior arrangement.

Ideal for families our 2 Bedroom aircon parkhome is located in a caravan park on the beach only 1 hr North of Perth. Our property contains a large living area, Foxtel Platinum (all channels), kitchen, indoor toilet & vanity & outdoor bathroom / laundry and large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED in the Caravan Park. Guests need to bring towels, pillows, sheets & blankets as these are not available. Guests are expected clean the place on departure.

A walk along the shoreline brings you to the serenity of the sandbar and estuary where the Moore River meets the Indian Ocean. A reminder - parties at the house are not permitted.

The Glass House

Front row glass beach house: 100m to the mouth of the Moore River Stunning, architect designed beach house with best views of river estuary and ocean. A great nature based holiday spot. Canoe up the Moore River, fun safe swimming in the estuary. BYO linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels NOT provided). The house has three queen sized beds and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. It is a beach house and can be cool in winter. No central heating, only portable heaters.

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.
