Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Located very centrally with a Co-op at end of the road with a bus stop going direct to town center perfect transport links, adjacent to heath and forest area, lots of parking and space. New paint and refresh as of Dec 2024
